The towel provided to us had some blood stains and there was no water kettle nor tea bags provided. They were very slow in responsing to our request and during check out inormed them about my complains that made my stay unfortunate at 5 stars hotel. They said only sorry and not offered us any complementary thing.

Very good value for money hotel right next to the metro, clean, very spacious room. The hotel has somewhat old but functional equipment. The night team at reception is not very welcoming

This hotel is not bad, except that it is a bit old, it is quite comfortable to live in. The room is very clean, the Internet speed is fast, the restaurant is also good, and the facilities are all there, so you can rest assured

The Hotel staff has an excellent service specially the front desk ladys. Nursam she so accommodating always smiling and happy to serve the guest. Feel like home in this hotel I will sure recommend this to my colleagues n family.... Hotel a gym jacuzzi sauna which I feel comfortable 5star all n all rating

Concorde is by far 1 of the best hotel I've stayed in. The people here is so lovely and friendly. From the receptionist Nursam to the security guard max and Timothy. The food is also excellent and the amenities. Available shuttle to and from the airport

Receptionist welcome me warmly (Nursam). They also respond to calls at any time you call very helpful whenever u need anything. Also the hotel is like our 2nd home as the staff here are very friendly Foof also in the restaurant is fine if they can add more variety in the morning buffet will more good

We slept only for few hours as it was just a stay between flights. It is nice hotel but needs some updating soon. We probably did not get best rooms, but anyway; AC is quite loud, so we had to turn it off. Did not use any facilities. Otherwise probably quite ok hotel..

My family and I had an absolutely delightful stay at the Concorde Hotel in Doha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect environment for relaxation. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and dining options, exceeded our expectations and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to the city’s attractions. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Doha.

We were put here when we missed our connection. The staff were fabulous and the voucher from Qatar Airways covered all our meals. Very easy and it had a pool too. I don’t know whether I would actively select it for a family but it served a great purpose for us. Just 15 mins from the airport.

The food from the buffet needs to be upgraded... The staffs are very good, helpful, & polite... that the reason i like to book my stay in this hotel. Regarding the housekeeping staff... Ms. Levie, is a very kind, polite & humble woman. She is only not a hard worker but also meets the qualities of this hospitality industry... I honestly appreciate her work & her nature.
