Incroyable

Unforgettable experience at Public House American restaurant in Marsa Malaz Kempinski. Ditya was the one who served us and who gave her passion to doing her job. I appreciate how she checks our needs. This was my fourth dine-in, but this time its more special since Im with my close friends whome I invited to try the place and especially the food. Indeed, they are happy with the service and food and planned to come back next time for dinner.

This place really is the height of luxury. There’s nothing they won’t do for you. Went in September, off season, and was fairly reasonable for bed and breakfast at about £200 a night. The staff were the most attentive, as soon as we walked in we were given cold water. The room was huge, clean, had lots of amenities. We had sweet treats waiting for us inside and we had fresh bowls of fruit sometimes left in our room. The pool/beach area is great, so many loungers (and no one was selfish lol), the beach even has an inflatable area which was free to use. You’re given beach towels and an ice box of drinks and the staff will take it for you to your seats. A range of restaurants, I only ate at ‘Public House’ which was lovely but slightly expensive. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, a mix of authentic middle eastern and western food. The only issue I had was that I emailed ahead of time asking for a room with 2 beds and I was travelling with my brother and we won’t be sharing a bed. However when we arrived they only had king size beds available, they were very accommodating and delivered a foldable lounge bed, but that meant one of us was in the giant king size and someone had to be in the smaller not so nice bed. All in all a fabulous stay, would stay again.

The pool and beach facilities are such a good experience with good service like water and very clean towels aldo visited the titan tikes and the ladies were so welcoming and kids friendly. Sarah and Aleli entertained our kids with many activities and this experience went beyond what we expected. Thank you so much for the best luxury experience.

Service from the beginning till the check out from hotel was wonderful. I had a great time at this hotel. I went to Doha for a dinner and was planned to be there for less than 24h but my entire experience was just outstanding. From the moment i arrived i was impressed by the kindness and warm welcome offered by the security girl, the concierge team, and reception man. They were extremelly professional and kind. In few minutes upon arrival, Alina from the Desert Gate Tours organized for me a private desert trip for the next morning managing to contact and secure a private trip with Amr who kindly accommodate my last minute request. The trip with Amr was the highlight of my experience with the hotel. This was another clear indicator of all the perfect details Yazan the GM could handle among his multiple dutties, and at the best level of customer care possible. Sara from the Reception, was very kind and arranged a late check out so i can enjoy the desert trip and make it to the airport on time. The kindness and genuine care, was second to none. I personally wanted to say thank you to Yazan who is managing with great care an amazing team of people who are genuine, kind and happy to make your stay just perfect. I cannot wait to go back, thank you

I came from Japan, and the hotel is of very high quality in everything: the rooms, the pool, the private beach, and the breakfast. There are no hotels like this in Japan. The service from the staff was especially excellent, and I met a wonderful chef Toufiq at the breakfast venue. I will definitely come again.

The hotel is lovely architecturally, and the decor inside is lovely too, but it is the staff who made this a 5* experience. Without exception, they are all smiling, helpful, friendly and always asking if they can do anything for you. They remember immediately where you like to be by the pool, what you like for breakfast etc. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and bevies of helpful staff.
