Very clean hotel, good service, bright rooms, and a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel breakfast is good, with many varieties, all Western food. Although I don't like Western food, it is very clean and sanitary, very business-like

The location of the hotel is relatively good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. There is no traffic jam. The surrounding environment is very good. There are Chinese restaurants within walking distance. The rooms and facilities are relatively new. The front desk staff is very friendly.

Relatively on the side for star rating. The hotel is well located but the windows where there were leaks, the cleaning was not done every day, there was a cockroach in one of the two rooms taken, the bedding was not comfortable I was I had to ask for my bed and box spring to be changed. The windows of the two rooms were broken, one with a seal leak and the other did not close at all, we could hear everything from outside. The breakfast is very very poor with little choice and you have to insist on having a certain product. On the other hand, the staff are courteous and helpful.

The corridor smells like wall paint, and the room also smells bad. The windows of non-smoking rooms cannot be opened. My nose is very sensitive and itches all night. The next day, I changed to a smoking room. The smell in the room was still very strong. The windows could only be opened a little bit. The sound of cars and chanting outside in the middle of the night was very noisy. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom is full of water, there is no hair dryer, and the windows are very dirty. I only ate breakfast once, and there was nothing to eat. The only fruit and apple was yellow. I booked for 4 nights and only stayed for 2 nights. I couldn't stay, and the hotel refused to refund.

The health services are very good, but the bathroom is not well set up and water overflows. The room is huge. Facilities are relatively few. But the price is very cheap. A homegrown four star. It's relatively cost-effective

Second stay

We had booked a superior dubble for 4 people. All of Glorias rooms are double rooms and no extra beds were avaliable on our arrival, so we had to share 2 90cm beds between 4 of us. Staff kept promising to send up extra beds. These arrived 5 hours before check out. Hotels should remove the option to book one room for 4 people.
