My experience at the Four Seasons was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my window was stunning.

My experience is absolutely amazing. They do luxury very well. Special thanks for Santosh and Ramadan for the good care. They made sure everything was ok and the service was excellent. I will always escape to fourseason hotel in pearl in Qatar

As a regular Four seasons patrons in other countries, we had a disappointing Christmas Experience here at the Pearl Doha. We arrived at 1230 as a party of 12. Had pre booked, and our table had been taken. Sadly no-one took responsibility to solve the issue. It took 90 mins, during that time we were left standing without any beverages. Once sat at the table it was full of the previous guests rubbish and the service was very poor. We were constantly asking for cutlery, drinks, water. In the four hours we spent there it not only took 90 minutes to be seated but it took one guest 60 minutes to receive his drink. Thankfully the food was of their normal high standard, which was their saving grace. Disappointed there was no apology or reparation offered for what was a fault on the hotels part.

After our holiday stay on Maldives in Four Seasons we stayed in Four Seasons in Doha on our way back. We were a little bit disappoinment after great service on Maldives, especially during breakfast. First day (breakast is served from 6:30) around 8, the toaster wasnt plugged in, staff was just preparing for breakfast. None asked us if we want some hot beverage. Next days we were served by lovely Danielle from South Africa, only person who is working properly there. Asking what she could get you, try to help with everything. The guys working there, just walking around and doing nothing. As well as some young woman (main hostess) who is probably just looking for rich husband. Never in my life I would imagine that two Four seasons could have so different service.

I'm pretty sure Spuntino in Four Seasons The Pearl offers the best breakfast in all of Doha. Everything we had was delicious, from the freshly baked breads to the pancakes, cheese board, fruit platter... without forgetting the shakshouka & the avocado toast! I'm dreaming about going again already, 100% recommend their ''Breakfast menu'' for 175 QAR to anyone visiting Doha!

it is very luxury place to stay and relax. you will enjoy every moment. the room and facilities are great. the staff are very helpful. i like the atmosphere. you can walk around Porto Arabia (The Pearl Island), where a lot of restaurants and cafes

Residence Hotel was luxury from entrance down to very detail of the hotel. What a pleasant stay! Amazing food, amazing ambient and above all amazing service. I came with my friends and we had the most amazing time, a big thank you to all the staff, they are amazing for the attention and the details. I super recommend this place. Give it a try you will love it .
