The apartment is big and spacious, enough for more than 4 family members. The facilities are amazing and offer many different choices. There is plenty of fun for both adults and kids. It’s the best choice to keep your kids away from devices. A great place for teens too! Lovely coffee shop. Very good staff members. Needs a deeper clean, especially in the kitchen. You also need to ask for toilet supplies.

The owners of these establishments completely disregard their customers' recommendations. For example, they recently changed the residents' Wi-Fi access, and now the connection is completely unstable. People have been complaining for weeks, but nothing works. You'd think they took a wicked pleasure in receiving our complaints, smiling sardonically, while knowing full well that they won't do anything to change their technical flaws. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT

The apartments and facilities are fine and normally well maintained. However, the floor of the gym was broken and not fixed for several months. Talking about the gym, the coach Victor was great, amazing person and very supportive. I would totally recommend him. The refund of my deposit took much longer than expected, but I finally received the full amount, so no complain here.

Good place with good facilites, but some of them need maintenance, as the gym floor and running track, that are in bad condition since at least one year ago. Proffesional service team with fast response to little issues, and nice and proffesional people that are willing to help you, as Victor in the gym or housekeeping team.
