Velero Hotel Doha Lusail

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The decor was stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight for me was the 24-hour attached mall—it was so convenient and made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

I have arrived T 3:15pm and the room not ready I have waited 20 min and I asked the reception guy we should check in at 2pm This is what was mentioned in a trip.com. He told me they are third-party they can write whatever they want. This is what we got. If you’re not happy I can give you a refund and you go I will never go there again and I will tell all the people I know about this

We stayed as a family (2 rooms) while visiting Doha for the Grand Prix. The pros Hotel is well appointed for being on the side closest to Grand Prix and is a short walk to Place Vendome. There is also a supermarket attached to the hotel which was great for anything you might need. Hotel is nice and modern in decor. Staff are very friendly and helpful across the board. The cons From the website the rooms look much bigger than what they are in reality, still nice rooms but pictures are slightly deceiving as there is literally no room at the end of your bed. The pool is very unappealing and could do with some nicer decor or ambience. It’s a fairly small pool and was not very inviting. Breakfast was a shambles, staff tried their best but were overwhelmed most of the time, this may be due to the fact hotel was full due to the Grand Prix. Also the breakfast offering wasn’t that great and we didn’t enjoy so after a few days we decided to just go across to Place Vendome instead for breakfast. In the lifts there is labelled a spa but when you go to the floor there is nothing there, when asked reception about it they said it’s something that’s not there yet, and no idea when so why have it labelled in the lift, very misleading! Overall a pleasant enough stay and value for money if you’re looking to sightsee rather than spend time in the hotel.

The best hotel in Doha! I am a regular customer here. All The stuff is very friendly and professional especially Hafiz and Cirus of the Q-restaurant that are very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant atmosphere is very good and the hotel location is perfect too.

I had a 10 days staying with Velero hotel lusail with job purpose. All over the world I had get many experiences but with velero hotel stuff it was a memorable experience with their friendly attitude and personal service. I would like to highlight the name who made my staying memorable and feel like home. They are Mr. Hafiz, listiya, jasim, candra best wishes for you guys.
