Very good hotel, room very luxuous, small problem we didn’t have hot water for the shower but didn’t ask because we spent only a view hours to sleep between flights

Good hotel close to metro and airport.

Everything was perfect but the phone was not working and the elevator was disturbing every second “jerry fathou al abwab” :p but it’s okay we had so much fun, thank you for everything, we like everything and the food was amazing too! And the security they were with warm welcome and smiling and the receptionist are very cute… all perfect

The reception service can easily be improved. The check was slow and I did not feel welcomed in any way. The majority of reviews are complaining about this. Second, the soundproof in the rooms is non existent. There are some pipes going through the building and you can really hear the sound of your neighbors flushing the water or showering. The sauna is excellent, very clean and easy to use. The gym is basic. There is a security guard on the premises. The area does not offer much but its 15-20 min to airport by taxi. I rated this place as very good as the I was very happy with the space in the rooms, the cleanness of the rooms, the size and comfort of the bed and the quality of the carpets. You also get two big bottles of water in the room. Overall it was a nice experience for one night only and I might book again.

Absolutely incredible hotel for the price. Spacious room, very friendly front desk staff. Wifi in room was 400 Mbps up/down!! Insane.

The pillows, mattress, comforter are the most marshmallowishy feel I had with Wonder Palace Hotel. Superb cleanliness of the room is truly remarkable and I was surprised by their delectable breakfast buffet spread. The front desk staff were absolutely amazing they were responsive of my needs and what was interesting during my stay was that they extended my check out time because the pool was not yet ready as it was under treatment and I would like to experience the summer swimming in their pool that time. Also, the dry and wet sauna were clean as well the gym. Towels provided were smelling fresh and clean. Thank you so much!

cant lend and trust to their staffs, my phone is missing during our staying , we called them to check the room, they said there is no Phone was found, I was pretty sure I left my phone in the room , so I decided to call them again and asking for second time research and take a look on the corners of sofa maybe it was drop in the side hole of sofa, they said they will update me , I waited for 12 hrs for their calls as they mention that they will call me back, but no calls received, I Decided to go physically on this hotel and ask it again, they said they double check it again, everything has been check properly as I requested,. I said to them I will not leave the hotel unless they let me in to the guest room to check by myself, then I found my phone in the side corner hole of the sofa... I told to the F.O attendants but it seems they dont know how to say sorry or any words for me to unfeel disappointed.I wasted my time and money for my fare, what that kind of service they have., very disappointing Hotel experienced

I chose to stay at this hotel in a hope to relax and get a proper rest however, it was by far the most terrible experience I had. Check-in was very delay and they disturbed my sleep several times, everyday in a very unreasonable way. Most of the staff needs proper training in handling guests. It was a terrible experience and I hope this review will serve as a wake up call to them.

My review is for Ramadan Iftar Buffet. Booked 2 days in advance, arrived a bit early to find a good parking in front of the hotel. The restaurant is in Mezzanine level. A kind assistance from the worker opening the elevator. Well, nice place, tables are very close to each other which makes the movement very hard. One minute after opening of buffet, I can't find any piece of BBQ. Rice with chicken is average, salad as well. Hommos and other appetizers are fine. Vegetable soup is lacking salt while lentil soup is over salted. Coming to juice, it is very light. More water in juice makes it tasteless. Desserts is ok except Um Ali, it should be very sweety, but here it has no sugar at all. Overall food experience is very average. Good service and friendly staff.
