This hotel is nice all is good alsi the guy reception is awesome. Over all is exelent

The facilities are in dire need of an update. I encountered multiple issues that made my stay far from enjoyable. The plumbing was problematic, the water was constantly backing up in the sink. The room had poor wifi connection, and the washing machine and mini fridge were all outdated and barely worked. The cleanliness of the room was another big issue. The windows were grimy, caked with dust and , making them impossible to open. It seemed like the hotel had neglected even the most basic aspects of hygiene. Despite claims of having amenities such as a gym, billiards, and meeting rooms, none of these were actually available. It felt like a case of false advertising. If you’re thinking of staying here, be prepared to be let down. The service from the staff was equally disappointing. The receptionists were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. While check-in was somewhat smooth, any subsequent requests, even something as simple as asking for water, were ignored. Their attitude was far from welcoming. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The room lacked a WiFi connection, and the washing machine, fridge, and TV were all old and barely functional. The cleanliness of the room was another major problem. The windows were filthy, covered in dust and bird droppings, making them impossible to open. It felt like the hotel had given up on maintaining even basic hygiene. The hotel claims to offer amenities like a gym, play area, and meeting rooms, but these do not exist. It’s misleading advertising at its worst. If you’re considering staying here, expect to be disappointed. The staff service was abysmal. The receptionists were unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. They were somewhat accommodating during check-in, but afterward, even simple requests like getting water were ignored. Their attitude left much to be desired. Furthermore, they provided items like a locker, hair dryer, and coffee kettle, but none of them worked. The hotel also pressured me into signing a contract without giving me adequate time to review it and later tried to charge extra money by citing hidden policies. They didn’t bother to explain check-out procedures or any other hotel policies, leaving me completely in the dark. This hotel offers a very poor experience with subpar service. I would strongly advise against staying here.
