"Typical sterile boring but very functional Hotel. Not much difference in many of these types of hotels dotted around the city. It is purely there to do what it advertisers to do which is provide a comfortable night accommodation but has about as much excitement and spark as my 95-year-old grandfather. 👴…. It’s as boring as you would expect it to be sitting off the edge of the city. however, the rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable so no complaints in that respect. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a night accommodation purely for a night accommodation. unfortunately this is where hotels are heading in this functional world of ours. Boring but functional. If there was a pod hotel in Melbourne, I would definitely stay there instead of here as at least a pod hotel will have a travel vibe to it. "
"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Apart from the amazing view, they have all the necessities for you, including milk, drinking water, wine, bath towels, oil, salt, knives and forks and all kinds of cooking tools. They also have a washing machine. I'll check in again future"

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"
"The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things.
Positives:
1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful
2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station
3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets
4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout
5. Provided with a large number of channels TV
6. Very nice mattress for sleeping
7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower
8. All appliances are working properly.
9. Calm and quiet
10. The speed of wifi is wonderful
11. Windows have good soundproofing
12. Security is excellent.
Cons:
1. Neither toilet has a hand shower"

"Best hotel in Melbourne I have ever stayed in the last 20 years. Everything is excellent. Location is great that there are restaurants around (also open on weekends and Sundays), duty free mall is a few minutes walk away and opposite there's a laundrymat. A few car parks are also located nearby.
Most comfortable room I have stayed in a long time (on par with the Four Seasons Bangkok which was ranked 3rd in the world). Service is excellent and love their free apples too"
"The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home."

"The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . ."
"The fly in the ointment is not cleaned every day Of course, the landlord has said that it is not daily clean. The scenery is superb and there is a swimming pool. More suitable for home There are big shopping malls nearby and the trams in this area are free! ! Awesome"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Docklands! The location is perfect—right by the waterfront with easy access to public transport, shopping, and great dining options. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and harbor.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly and professionally.
Amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne, especially if you’re looking to stay somewhere scenic, well-located, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!"
"The facilities of the room are comprehensive (with oven, stove, laundry, dishwasher etc). Yet the hygiene is not satisfied. The sofa has biscuits crumbs, kettle has a CUP of leftover water and tableware are dirty."

Great
MMabelI feel like home. Although the room cleaning is not really done well, lots of hair and rubbish not cleaned everyday, some cooking utensils are oily, we did a bit cleaning and try best to maintain good. That’s not really a big problem. The bed, the pillows are comfortable and the design is comfy. The water pressure is enough 👍🏼. I can sleep well that’s the most important.
The location is perfect. Just within 2 mins walk to the free tram to city center. There’re 2 supermarkets nearby.
The man helping check-in comes a bit unfriendly and makes me feeling uncomfortable. I am not a native English speaker , not listening quite well as he speaks too fast. I received an unpleasant face when I need to repeat. Honestly, I don’t have problems of reading English.

I stayed in Melbourne for several days. After staying in a modern hotel for a few days, I wanted to experience the flavor of an old hotel with a sense of history. I originally wanted to book a Windsor hotel, but found that it was not convenient because it was east of the CBD. City Walk accidentally discovered this old Victorian building opposite the Southern Cross Railway Station. I placed an order in advance. I passed by the lobby the first night and asked the administrator if I could store my luggage in advance and then check in that night. The answer was no problem. , and also asked carefully about the specific requirements. It was past nine o'clock when we returned from the Great Ocean Road that day. I received a warm reception. After checking in, I wanted to pick up my luggage, only to find that help had already been sent to the room in advance. The extra bed had been laid, and there were handwritten welcome cards and candies on the table. .
The house itself is an old-fashioned apartment that is rented on a long-term basis. Each floor is an L-shaped corridor, with a total floor height of six floors. The room we booked was a loft-style suite with a kitchenette and living room. The overall facility decoration is relatively old, but very clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool, restaurant and small library on the ground floor.
I personally feel that the price is reasonable and the transportation is convenient. It is suitable for those who want to experience the old-fashioned style and do not have particularly high requirements for accommodation conditions.

JJenny Jenny JennyCheck-in on the first floor, after entering the room, the room is strange, I don’t want to sit low and change the room immediately, it’s not wrong, change the 11th floor, the view feels comfortable, the kitchen utensils are relatively old, the decoration is generally the same, the scenery is good~

YYANGThe location is right on the edge of the city center, lively and quiet, the environment is good. However, the front desk is not in the same place as the apartment and needs to be found, so it is best to know some English. In addition, the house is separated by a partition, the sound insulation effect is not very good, the party is opened next door, and it is very loud.

GGuest UserWhen I booked this room, the listing showed that it included a city view and a bathtub—unfortunately, I received neither. On top of that, there were no basic amenities like plates, cutlery, or even an oven or microwave to heat food, which is quite disappointing. The listing should clearly mention what is and isn’t included to avoid any confusion. I'm not sure whether the issue is with Trip.com or Vibe Hotel, but either way, it's very misleading. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate in the future. Thank you.
GGuest UserHad a fantastic time at Docklands Marriott! Location was great, the room was lovely and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch 😊 staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was relaxing and beautiful. Tho it had a fair bit of people, it didn't bother us as everyone just kept to their own spot. It has lots of eateries around, Woolies, Chemist and free tram stop are all right across from the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend!
AAnonymous UserLights are not working, and we asked for another room, when we’re going in to the room, the lock on the door just dropped 🙃
In the morning the fire alarm started ringing, no broadcast and no any staff knowing what happened.
According to the lady who helped us check in, told us that they were short of staff, and maybe that’s why we asked for slippers for two nights in a row on their rooms service website, they never delivered to us🙃
WWENThe hotel is a bit far from the Melbourne CBD and there are trams nearby. About 10-15 minutes walk to Costco and Woolworths. The environment and facilities in the hotel are very good, you can cook by yourself, if you come again, it is highly recommended
Mmacho123It is very convenient at the pier. It can cook rice, there are pots and stoves, and a big bed is relatively small. It is recommended to have a two-bed house with a family of three. Breakfast is simple, filling your stomach is no problem.
