"Typical sterile boring but very functional Hotel. Not much difference in many of these types of hotels dotted around the city. It is purely there to do what it advertisers to do which is provide a comfortable night accommodation but has about as much excitement and spark as my 95-year-old grandfather. 👴…. It’s as boring as you would expect it to be sitting off the edge of the city. however, the rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable so no complaints in that respect. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a night accommodation purely for a night accommodation.  unfortunately this is where hotels are heading in this functional world of ours. Boring but functional. If there was a pod hotel in Melbourne, I would definitely stay there instead of here as at least a pod hotel will have a travel vibe to it. "

"This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Apart from the amazing view, they have all the necessities for you, including milk, drinking water, wine, bath towels, oil, salt, knives and forks and all kinds of cooking tools. They also have a washing machine. I'll check in again future"

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"

"The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout 5. Provided with a large number of channels TV 6. Very nice mattress for sleeping 7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower 8. All appliances are working properly. 9. Calm and quiet 10. The speed of wifi is wonderful 11. Windows have good soundproofing 12. Security is excellent. Cons: 1. Neither toilet has a hand shower"

"Best hotel in Melbourne I have ever stayed in the last 20 years. Everything is excellent. Location is great that there are restaurants around (also open on weekends and Sundays), duty free mall is a few minutes walk away and opposite there's a laundrymat. A few car parks are also located nearby. Most comfortable room I have stayed in a long time (on par with the Four Seasons Bangkok which was ranked 3rd in the world). Service is excellent and love their free apples too"

"The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home."

"The one-bedroom apartment I originally booked was upgraded to a three-bedroom apartment (actually a two-bedroom and one-studio) without any notice. The original one-bedroom was very cheap. The kitchen is a rare gas stove in an Australian hotel apartment, which is convenient for cooking. The swimming pool is small, but there is a 25 meter walkway, and there is a spa, sauna, and the night view of the Yarra River is also beautiful, which is really good value. The traffic is normal. It is close to the Southern Cross Station, but it is far from Federation Square, which means that it is not close to Chinatown and the main shopping area. It is close to the office area, which is suitable for business trips. The only pity is that its front office is beside a turntable, and there is no place to park for free around it. The only parking spaces that can be seen are also for the police. In this way, after you drive out of the garage, returning the keys is a very crazy thing. I don't know if anyone else solved it. I parked the car on the turntable, rushed in, threw the key and ran. . . . . . Too embarrassing. Check-in also has this problem, because its garage requires a key to go in. It can't be like other hotels. Stop in and then go out to check in. But if you do n’t check in, you do n’t have the key. . . ."

"The fly in the ointment is not cleaned every day Of course, the landlord has said that it is not daily clean. The scenery is superb and there is a swimming pool. More suitable for home There are big shopping malls nearby and the trams in this area are free! ! Awesome"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Docklands! The location is perfect—right by the waterfront with easy access to public transport, shopping, and great dining options. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly and professionally. Amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. "The facilities of the room are comprehensive (with oven, stove, laundry, dishwasher etc). Yet the hygiene is not satisfied. The sofa has biscuits crumbs, kettle has a CUP of leftover water and tableware are dirty."
