"The room is tidy and clean. Kitchen and utensils could be cleaner (and less oily). Great amenties. Netflix on TV. Free laundry on the ground floor, with washing powder and softener provided. The time to wash and dry is a bit long though. There is a balcony with only 1 ft width, but enough for getting fresh air and the view of yarra river. Good location to have a night walk around the port. Two grocery stores near the hotel. It is quiet but still located within free tram zone, so it's more affordable and very convenient to go out. Near the skybus station in southern cross station from or towards the airport."

"The hotel is very unique and has a cozy feel. I booked a riverside room with a view of the Yarra River. The restaurant is great, and if the weather is nice, you can have breakfast by the river. The croissants and coffee in the cafe are excellent. The spa is especially recommended. I had a facial, and for $250, it was very cost-effective. Because I was in a hurry, the spa staff even started my service half an hour early. It felt very appreciated. It was a very good stay and I will go back next time I have the chance."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Docklands! The location is perfect—right by the waterfront with easy access to public transport, shopping, and great dining options. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city and harbor. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests I had were handled promptly and professionally. Amenities like the gym and pool were well-maintained, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being in a busy area. It was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne, especially if you’re looking to stay somewhere scenic, well-located, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!"

"Typical sterile boring but very functional Hotel. Not much difference in many of these types of hotels dotted around the city. It is purely there to do what it advertisers to do which is provide a comfortable night accommodation but has about as much excitement and spark as my 95-year-old grandfather. 👴…. It’s as boring as you would expect it to be sitting off the edge of the city. however, the rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable so no complaints in that respect. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a night accommodation purely for a night accommodation.  unfortunately this is where hotels are heading in this functional world of ours. Boring but functional. If there was a pod hotel in Melbourne, I would definitely stay there instead of here as at least a pod hotel will have a travel vibe to it. "

"Location is very good because it is just next to a stop on the free tram system. There are shops and supermarkets nearby and some restaurants. You can also easily walk to the CBD, river and Southern Cross Station. It is relatively large and has plenty of amenities. The only negative was that the soft chairs are covered in highly visible greasy food and drinks stains. They should either use a faux leather or something or throws that can be washed. Also there seemed to be a huge excess of bedding which got tangled and uncomfortable. A simple duvet, sheet and two pillows would be better in my opinion. But otherwise, all good!"

"The environment and location are very good, the facilities in the house are also complete, and the space is sufficient. The cleanliness of the house needs to be improved, the floor is dusty, and the bathtub is not clean and has stains. Shopping in the apartment is very convenient. There is a supermarket just two blocks away. I will consider this place again next time I travel. It feels like living at home."

"The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, allowing for early check-in, a warm welcome, and luggage storage while guests checked out, among other things. Positives: 1. Observing the boat and watching it enter and exit the harbour is wonderful 2. 1-minute walk from the free tram station 3. Nearby restaurants and supermarkets 4. Roll blinds in both rooms with 99% blackout 5. Provided with a large number of channels TV 6. Very nice mattress for sleeping 7. Acceptable water pressure in the head shower 8. All appliances are working properly. 9. Calm and quiet 10. The speed of wifi is wonderful 11. Windows have good soundproofing 12. Security is excellent. Cons: 1. Neither toilet has a hand shower"

"Pros: we were given early check in at 12:30 connected to the district mall/complex opposite woolies swimming pool is heated - so good breakfast is fantastic - freshly squeeze juice, salad, fruit options Cons: nothing. definitely will come back"

"The lady at the front desk and the uncle in charge are also so nice! He was humorous and gentle. We forgot our room card one night, and he opened the door for us and changed the card after 10 o'clock in the evening. When we checked in, he also gave us a handwritten letter and chocolates, which was really nice! And the location is good, so traveling is very convenient."

"The breakfast was delicious, the hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were very polite. It's a five-star hotel, as you would expect. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Melbourne."
