The place is amazing, it has a very nice view.It located very near to tram stop so its easy for me and my family to travel around the city. I would definitely come back again!

The view is really good. Toilet is clean and neat. Just the car park is really narrow for my Kia Sportage and you have to be really careful when making turns and reverses. Also the door key is kinda getting old and sometimes it can’t lock the door properly. Overall, it’s a really good place to stay.

Great location with Trams. Easy to access to all main locations. Check out time a bit early before 10am and hope the check out can be 1100 or later

Overall it's very good. The location is also very good. There is a tram stop just downstairs from the hotel. ****The room is very large, the living room is also large, and there is a balcony The view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is very beautiful and you can also see the Yarra River.

The location is excellent, quiet and convenient. There is a library and children's playground downstairs, and there is a swimming pool and gym in the apartment.

Nice room, nice bed,

We had a ground floor apartment G-05 for 6 nights which cost nearly $2,000. The parking was good as it was underneath the building and secure. The actual apartment was a one bedroom but there was a walkway outside which people could walk past and see in if the blinds were not drawn. The mattress was old and drooped in the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable. Only one pillow each and hardly any utensils and crockery in the kitchen area. It seemed to be fitted out in the cheapest way possible. No TV in the bedroom and only a cheap one with a remote that was falling apart in the lounge area. There is also an industrial building site next door and they were driving pylons into the sea bed at times. There were no particular other issues as the area is quiet and very easy to access the trams. I would not recommend staying at this location given the cost and lack of comfortable inclusions. I have stayed in other apartments in Melbourne which were cheaper and gave more bang for the buck.

The apartment was clean but very small. We got a message the day before to say we needed to pick up keys from an office, rather than the building. Instructions on how to find the building were minimal and not clear so it wasn’t easy to find while dragging bags. The apartment wasn’t set up as requested - we had booked for five people and we had to hunt for the linen etc. The air conditioning was faulty. The modem wasn’t switched on and despite signs not to touch it, we were told to turn it off and on! The dishwasher wasn’t on and the power switch was really difficult to access. We had multiple requests to the staff and responses were dismissive and rude. We would not recommend staying here as the area was deserted on the weekend with barely any food options.

AVOID these guys! The apartment and location was good but they take a payment for a security deposit instead of a holding charge on the credit card. And then they claim it's been refunded and stop responding to contact. I've had to raise a fraud case with the credit card company against them to get the deposit back. Very dodgy!
