Booked a cycling holiday and this was the first hotel on the route. Opposite Fun Active cycle hire which was convenient. What a treat. An immaculately clean hotel. Good 4th floor room with stunning views to the mountains. We had a truly delicious meal in the restaurant. Pleasant staff. Nice gardens too. Can't fault it. Nice little village for an overnight stay.

We stayed the second week of July. New room with balcony, small kitchenette, spacious bathroom with equally spacious shower. Abundant breakfast and excellent gourmet dinner. Large outdoor lawn. It is located in a perfect area to reach both the center and to go to the neighboring towns. From the hotel you can reach the beautiful Lake Dobbiaco in a few minutes on foot. Recommended.

The rooms and bathroom are not like in the photos, poor quality floors, furniture and kitchen stuck in the 70s. In the bathroom I couldn't stretch out my arms, broken shower and little space, really obsolete, being an aparthotel you can cook but there is no distinction between rooms in my corridor in the evening there was always the smell of various foods, the rooms were made up even at 3pm and let's forget about making the bed. The Spa is beautiful but the hydromassage and Turkish bath are paid for, explanation....because for hygiene reasons they are filled on the spot, I would like to know if for hygiene reasons they clean them immediately after seeing as the Germans enter naked. Differentiation between meal times, if the times are displayed at the entrance they should be the same for everyone. The ground floor has been completely renovated, nothing to say.

After a few years we returned with our group of cross-country skiers and hikers to Germania and as always we found excellent services and hospitality. Six days (only 🤗) in this excellent structure that lacks absolutely NOTHING. Beautiful rooms well organized with balcony, around a large park with deck chairs for sunbathing. Inside even the chapel where every evening there is Mass. Breakfast and dinner with a rich buffet and very tasty dishes to suit every preference. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms and a staff always attentive to every need. Corner for children's entertainment and also a small SPA. We had a great time. I highly recommend it.
