The hotel doesn't have any special facilities, and the waiters in the restaurant are not so attentive. Many dishes are not available, and the price is not too convenient. The hotel price is very expensive!

Not bad in Djibouti, breakfast is ok, air-conditioning is sufficient, big bed is very comfortable.

The staff are friendly and all is good .. except the room was full of Cockroaches all over the room and the bathroom they have to take it seriously and find a solution as customers paying money the will look for a good service and clean room to stay in not wake up to find some cockroaches on the bed and inside their clothes in the closet this ia not acceptable.

it's Top Hotels was super excellent and not only that. I asked one of the employees, whose name was harad, I think, to delay my check out time until two o'clock in the afternoon because my check out time were at 1:00 pm because i checked in late at 1:00 am , and I asked him to call me at two o'clock afternoon. then he accepet it and he came about three afternoon and he nock on the door and i opened the door and he told me take your time if you want to dress as you like, I ask the hotel management to promote this ideal employee who brings them more customers with his virtuous morals
