The concierge service is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is diligent and set for afternoon tidying up and replenishing supplies while setting the room for evening when I was back from meetings. The seaside pool area and outdoor seating and dining areas are a plus.

Perfect place to rest after a hard day of work, enjoying the swimming pool and restaurants, awesome Aicha, the recepcionist, she helps us a lot with some issues related with our flight coming back home. Thanks to all your team for your great support.

I had the pleasure of eating the breakfast buffet. The choices were plentiful and everything was sublime. We were able to meet Ms Esther, Front Office Manager and also Chef Alfonse which was a true pleasure. They explained the imported fruits which tasted so fresh and juicy. I was blown away with every selection and will definitely be returning. Oh yes, I can’t forget the coffee…it’s a delicacy on its own. The aroma and taste awakened my senses. Head over to Kempinski if you’re ever in Djibouti.

Just to give my feedback weve been in the hôtel and it was our first time there weve been in the réception for having some informations about the restaurant suggestion and the Lady in réd nagla was very helpful and suggested for us the italien restaurant as we wanted an à la carte restaurant this Lady was very smiley and helpfull and she even scorted us until the restaurant and wished for us to enjoy thanks again to nagla.

The Djibouti palace kempinski it is the most place I really want to visit everytime I go to Djibouti starting from the restaurant, pool era , the decoration the food the most inportant thing is the service that the staff there are making it way so special and memorable a special thank to Nagla she is the meaning of a professional and kind and so special thank to her again.

What a fantastic hotel at the Djibouti Palace kempinski everywhere in there is outstanding the food and the pool area without forgetting the amazing staff a big thank to the one who provided her whole time to assist us and was helpfull and kind and very smiley nagla from the desk this lady in red are wonderfull.

Weve been to the Djibouti palace kempinski it was for an évent and really it was as we thought and thé place was fabuleuse and outstading and wonderfull without forgetting thé staff are all professionnal and kind spécially thé staff from thé front desk a spécial thanks to nagla that has given a Time and kindness to assist us thanks again to her.

It has been the most lovely trip I've had. From the reception to the spa all good till my way. Thank you to the receptionist (Didier) and the spa lady (Beverly) for the good and professional work they show. It will be a great pleasure to come back there.

I have had lots of experiences in the spa and there are certainly good and bad, first of all I would like to thank the staff who are always very friendly and welcoming and I would say that they are the best without you the spa n It's not at all a place that I would like to come but the manager is another case always speaks badly to the customers especially when she sees that they are Djiboutians the last time my wife is her friends came to stop by at all time in pisince B and steam, she behaves very badly just because for her the Djiboutians don't know anything frankly even for these staff she is toxic, I even heard everything she said to Jane the masseuse since I I was in the relaxation room. In any case as long as she is responsible for the Spa we are not going to come back.
