Very good 2 week stay in this well maintained hotel. Our superior room was spacious and overlooked the pools. The latter are very clean and the one for children is much larger than those usually found in hotels. It is very popular with children and their parents (water height 50 cm). Decent buffet meals and friendly and helpful staff. Beach 600 meters from the swimming pool but unfortunately the bar on the beach had burned down 15 days before our stay. We have not experienced thalassotherapy treatments, however pedicure and manicure to be avoided, unprofessional staff, very little choice of varnish and not enough of the same to do the feet and hands. The pliers and files are not disinfected in front of you, the service was very disappointing despite a price equal to that charged in France.

We have just returned from a one week stay at this hotel. We are more than disappointed with all the services. 3 room changes because of unsanitary bathroom and terrible sewage smells, complaints to be made every day: blocked shower, no bath sheets for everyone, blocked bathroom door, ... Repetitive buffet and not very good. Servers keep coke bottles and best tables for tipping customers. Very dirty outdoor bar like the pools on weekends. We were contaminated by bacteria from the second day with peaks of fever up to almost 39 and gastro... On the day of departure the receptionist refused to give us food and drink when we left the hotel at 6 a.m. in the morning on an empty stomach towards the airport. We honestly advise against staying there.

Seven days at this hotel and none were pleasant. We arrived at dawn and the hotel was completely dark. We went to the bedroom not knowing where we were stepping. The receptionist barely spoke English. The food was reasonable, but for those who don't eat meat, there are few options: salad at every meal. The liquid they call coffee is not worthy of the name. The staff are generally friendly. The room was old and with some poorly maintained patches. The mini bar was completely empty, which is not expected in an "all inclusive" reservation. The mattress wasn't bad. The AC worked well and so did the safe. Cleaning is poor, sheets and towels are old and dirty. The degraded outdoor space, in need of maintenance. The TV didn't work and there was no internet in the room, only in the reception. Not on the beach either. I don't talk about the pools because I didn't attend. The beach would be wonderful if it weren't for the constant presence of dromedaries and horses leaving their waste on the sand, with the characteristic smell. In addition to this, we still endure a very unpleasant smell of sewage and the smell of fuel from boats associated with tourist activities. The sun loungers on the beach are old and the padded beds are torn. Wonderful, just the temperature of the sea water! The path to the beach, in addition to being degraded, is also not as close as that if we think that we walked it under a scorching sun. Conclusion: not to be repeated!
