Unfortunately I hate writing a negative review but sometimes you just have to say it as it is. On arrival was met by a miserable reception team , which is never great Few hours later we were told our room was ready which we went too via the worst corridor I have ever seen , I’d read that it was stained etc but had no idea we are still trying to work out what was the cause for all these stains as they are throughout. The rooms were large and had everything you needed other than a working toilet which my husband had to fix on a good few occasions . Aircon was not great but WiFi was so we felt like winners there. Lunch was the best of the food times More choice Rather than just fish or cold food . 5 days into our week break they decided to open the snack bar which was a sneaky surprise to everyone. The service in the restaurants is non existence if your English we found the staff rude in-fact really unfriendly most of the time . The animation team are absolutely wonderful Mohammed , Amen , to name but a few should be given a massive pay rise They work so hard smiles and friendly and are loved by all I would imagine . The pool days were the best part of the holiday. I agree with some others that have said the beach is small and messy. Looks much better in the brochure pictures. The soft drinks and beer are ok but the spirits and cocktails are not great if you want anything like a pina colada nicely made you pay extra Take some with you would be my advice . Weather is great though but I wouldn’t go back here not because of the disgusting carpet but because of the unfriendly feeling towards the English

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you my opinion of the wonderful stays I had. It was lovely, especially with the entertainment team. They were super active, smiling, with a magnificent program. We always had something to do with them, always there for us. The hotel was also magnificent, the food was very good. I will come back with my family, it was so great.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my thoughts on the wonderful stay. It was wonderful, especially thanks to the entertainment team. They were super active, smiling, and had a great program. We always had something to do and were always ready to help. The hotel was also wonderful, the food was very good. I'll be back with my family; it was wonderful.

Beautiful view, good hotel with a very kind and funny animation team and fun activities. The food tastes good the beach is clean and very beautiful overall everything is pleasurable
