Djerba Golf Resort & Spa

I give the rating 1 out of respect to the servers of this establishment and only the servers of the restaurant otherwise the receptionist, the manager and the chef are indescribably incompetent. Never set foot in this hotel again in low season. We wanted to spend two nights as a family in this hotel which we had already visited before during the summer. We paid 760 dinars for two nights all in soft. When we arrived, the children wanted to go to the indoor swimming pool, we were viciously forced to go through the garden even though it was cold and the manager, who thinks he is more intelligent, allows himself to tell us that there is no passage by the spa when it wasn't true. In short, the pool was dirty. We did not want to attend the New Year's Eve party, we had another family plan, we were informed that we had to have dinner in another room with those who were not attending the evening. We passed by but we didn't find anything for the children to eat. Salads and white rice only, no chicken, no meat and when other residents made the complaint and among them the drummer and members of the troupe who were going to entertain the evening we. We replied "it's what we have to take or leave it" so we went out to eat even though we paid for an all in soft stay. And in the morning when I went out for a walk, the kindest receptionist sent me the porter to ask for the keys even though we still had the right to stay. Let's not forget the noise of the parties they organize in the reception. Frankly, we spoke a few times with the hotel owner during other visits to the hotel and he was very attentive but here with this new manager it's misery. Honestly the worst stay of my life.
