Please note this hotel doesn't have a spa owned by themselves.I entered the spa via a door adjoined to the outdoor pool area of the hotel.The staff showed me around and told me about the treatments on offer.The following day I went into the spa again and into the pool area to wait for my partner.when my partner arrived he was told that we could not use the spa and pool it was for another hotel.A worker then came to me and told me very rudely to leave the premises.we showed her we were from the hotel and she made threats to get security.we pointed out that it had our hotel logo all over the walls.I told her this was highly embarrassing and she shrugged her shoulders and said she wasn't embarrassed.The hotel is free h speaking and we along with another couple were the only British there.we feel that we were highly discriminated against and want to warn other bits against coming here.There was no one else in the spa so there was no need for this disgusting behaviour towards us.Is it any wonder we were the o ly British there.change your attitude or change your staff or just stick to the fren h clientele that you have already.

Really successful holidays, nice employees, great bartenders. The staff were really helpful. I recomend this hotel for a vacation, it’s near of a beach, had really nice views, and nice pools. Hotel is good for everyone no matter how old are you. Animators making a realny good job.

Pros: very nice and helpful stuff. When we came, there was a problem with a noisy toilet that was fixed immediately. Plenty of tasty food. Nonalcoholic drinks are available as a self-service, no queues for a glass of water! Beautiful beach and enough beds there (people prefer to stay by the pool). Superb animation team (miss you guys!). Extremely nice and helpful Czech animator Nikola. Cons: the hotel would really use some renovation. Impressive lobby, but the rooms... Also, we were fighting for room towels daily - we got 2-3 for 4 people. We were not able to communicate this issue in 11 days of our stay. Many animations were for French people only as others just couldn't understand. Midday games based on the list of registered ppl when we never knew something was going on. Miniklub for French kids only (apart from the days when Nikola was available, but what about other nationalities?).

The hotel is very clean and in a nice location. Rooms are comfortable and very clean also. The food is varied and delicious. Animation team is the best. The employees from all of the units are really kind and make the stay more pleasant. I recommend!

Very good hotel especially the entertainers they are great 👍c a great team thank you again to all of you and are very close to their customers the meals are very diverse and delicious the staff takes great care of us the setting is superb we will return with pleasure 😀

Superb stay, top-notch catering. Attentive and very kind staff. I strongly recommend Salim for your activities at a very attractive price and we were not disappointed at all. The entertainment team is great, you can’t get bored. The nearby beach is a big plus.
