We have just returned from a lovely 10 day family holiday in Djerba. The hotel was pleasant and although some things could have been improved on (we were early in the season so lots of maintenence was happening and some areas not yet open) I cannot fault the staff team working there. Everyone was very accommodating, warm and friendly from bar, to catering to domestic staff. The animation team were exceptional. Our 3 children 12, 11 and 8 have always been reluctant at best to go to kids clubs but they had such an amazing experience. All of the team made them feel welcome and special and they were running to get there most days. The animation team also offered incredible entertainment every night enthusiastically getting us to join all sorts of different activities, including dancing, kids disco, entertainers and bingo. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it, everywhere felt safe, friendly and it's a beautiful country to visit.

Yes, we got a good deal. But we have stayed on the main land for a similar price and had a better experience. We stayed in a bungalow type room which was good, clean and fresh sheets & towels and nice outside area which was private. Restaurant or should I say more like school/works canteen. Food hit & miss, no clear labels to say what dishes were, and cooking stations very old and not always manned. Food was not hot, and I had to use the microwave. Even breakfast wasn't the best. Restaurant manager just walked up and down and didn't interact with anyone, unless you were female & french. Lobby bar okay, but had silly rules, re taking drinks out of the bar and only 2 drinks per person. If by the pool, there is no option as no bar is open. Appreciate we went out of season, but if you're accepting guests, at least accommodate them. If it wasn't for some lovely people we met, the stay would have been awful. Staff need to be more customer friendly, although a few were. Tired hotel that needs some updates. Would I stay again? Definitely not

Although the entire hotel area is beautiful and well-maintained, I must say that I was disappointed with the hotel management. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful (they work hard), but there is a shortage of them, which significantly reduces the quality of the stay. You will wait everywhere and for everything. I have never experienced the lack of glasses and cups within the "all-inclusive" service in any other hotel, as I did here. On the contrary, the entire animation program is very pleasing. The evenings here are definitely not boring.

Stayed at this hotel from June 14th to 21st June.2025 I found this hotle very good,food good nice beach.not many English but other English couples who stayed there slagged the hotle. Shame really will visit again overall good value for the price you pay

Not as described pictures are from one hotel and another hotel adjacent part of the same group Bars good but can not use other restaurants from either hotel one really busy no plates glasses or cups . We got robbed in Zahra our room.broke into hotel would do nothing there was other thefts in both hotels. The pool in Zahra better if u want to read n chill pool in other hotel if u want music n foam party Food ok no toaster for breakfast in either restaurant and sometimes a que for egg man for fried or omelette. Ham souk a town 12 dinar down road good for shopping and a wander and some food food . We used a saily e sim for our time there and would no issues with connection. Sorry to hotel group but as a well travelled couple in north Africa would not go back to djerba again

My 2nd visit this year.A great hotel, staff go above and beyond to accommodate the guests.The room I had this time round was a sea view room, more like an apartment, exceptionally clean and very spacious and modern. The complex is very clean.The animation team are excellent, offering so many varied activities and getting everyone involved. Pool area was very lively during the day, great atmosphere. Themed nights in the evening were very good.A lot of English holidaymakers I spoke to who weren't happy , were more concerned that there was no English food, like Mc,Donald's or a full English breakfast. Maybe if they fed their children a more varied diet, they would embrace all that the restaurant has to offer., which was a wide variety of foods. Enjoyed the week so much that I didn't leave the complex to go on any of the excursions. Looking to return for another sunsoaked week in the African sunshine....xx
