Yes, we got a good deal. But we have stayed on the main land for a similar price and had a better experience. We stayed in a bungalow type room which was good, clean and fresh sheets & towels and nice outside area which was private. Restaurant or should I say more like school/works canteen. Food hit & miss, no clear labels to say what dishes were, and cooking stations very old and not always manned. Food was not hot, and I had to use the microwave. Even breakfast wasn't the best. Restaurant manager just walked up and down and didn't interact with anyone, unless you were female & french. Lobby bar okay, but had silly rules, re taking drinks out of the bar and only 2 drinks per person. If by the pool, there is no option as no bar is open. Appreciate we went out of season, but if you're accepting guests, at least accommodate them. If it wasn't for some lovely people we met, the stay would have been awful. Staff need to be more customer friendly, although a few were. Tired hotel that needs some updates. Would I stay again? Definitely not

On arrival looks very nice. Hotel reception lobby and bar area very nice pool area nice however not clean around the pool some area derelict. Food cold , only one bar no cocktails no kids club no children playground run down . Could be beautiful only half of it maintained and you have to pass through unkempt areas . No alcarte restaurant. Beach not clean .

A very friendly Hotel with plenty to offer in a nice quiet area Lots of food choices and great weather Not far from the airport and a shisha Bar which is cheap.The Animation Squad who are those offered the entertainment each night.Near to Crocodile Farm which is walking distance and worth a visit.Overall for the price it was good value and we are looking to return this year.

Would definitely recommend this hotel staff was very helpful and respectful. Room service was up to standards. Above all the animation team was amazing especially Pedro, good with understanding English and including everyone in the entertainment. For excursions I would say book through kamel.

Animation team are so friendly do not make a fuss if you dont want to join in, bar staff also really good, cleaning team are excellent always see them cleaning somewhere, food a bit repetitive but very edible pool area really clean, great trip

Good hotel with a mixture of activites and quiet if you like that also, animation are a good team and interaction, bar staff good and very good clean complex and the grounds are very clean, good food and drink and also some shops around and right near the beach for a nice walk.animation team Pikachu,pedro and Jambo especially are great and get all ages involved.
