The staff are very welcoming, the food was varied however there was a queue for hot dishes, for crux who have the all inclusive soft formula a cafeteria is at your disposal until 11 p.m. to serve hot drinks (Coffees, teas) and cold (Juices and soft drinks). The rooms are clean and the maid service comes every day to do the cleaning. There was entertainment at night. Regarding sports activities, we did aquagym in the swimming pool with a coach, basketball and arrow throwing. There are two swimming pools and a third for small children. For those who want to go to the beach, you have to leave the hotel and walk 3 minutes and there was a party reserved for the Venice Beach hotel.

Tbh I didn’t like caramel much he was kinda rude with the staff. The animation team was amazing, much love for them💕 The hotel overall was amazing, the rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The food was on point too. Recommend💕

I couldn’t actually leave this hotel , because I felt to good. Well the staff was kind and ready to help. The programs was fun do I enjoyed it. The surroundings are beautiful to. The rooms were also clean, so nothing to complain about. Food was also good.

I highly recommend it. The blue of the sea, the beautiful sun, the music that makes you dance, the kindness of the staff, the smile and care for tourists We were there with four friends – sensational. The food is very good, the standard of the rooms is good, close to the beach and it is necessary to add the care of animators. It was impossible to get bored

No mini bar ,nor a TV ( not working ) , a dirty room with a very bad smell and bugs in the wall( see the photo) , a client next to me was robbed , stuff not friendly at all , I have payed for all inclusive but the guy in the bar told me to pay for water and things! A total scam.

Tout était parfait Propreté, animation, cuisine mais par dessus tout le personnel Un grand merci aux animateurs et un grand grand grand merci a Brahim du restaurant, toujours agréable, souriant et aux petits soins Merci aussi à tous les autres membres du personnel qui ont toujours été en tout point parfait, ce serait trop long de citer tout le monde mais merci Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable pour la 2eme fois puisque nous étions déjà venus l'an dernier Vivement l'année prochaine ❤️
