Pros: underground parking and good breakfast
Cons: no fresh air (the window of the room overlooked the inner restaurant hall, there is no way to ventilate, the room smells of cigarettes, and when you turn on the air conditioner in ventilation mode, the smell starts to get even stronger), they refused to change the room. You can't open the curtains either, you're like on a stage in front of the restaurant. There is one small terry sheet for the double bed and that's it, the blanket was brought after the third request and without a duvet cover. Dirty, hair on the bed. The bathroom is 3 out of 5

A very nice, clean, centrally located hotel. Very friendly staff and a great breakfast. The only hotel with its own parking garage. We were completely satisfied and can highly recommend it. The value for money is also excellent.

I booked a room for two people. I arrived early, so I entered the room early and waited for my friend for a few hours. When I tried to check in a friend from far away, the staff insisted that the room could only be used by one person! The room was for two people, so I told them that I had booked the room but they wanted me to check it carefully! We had a few minutes of arguments. In the end, only one person could stay, so my travel plans were foolish, and it was a terrible hotel that I will never forget. I had paid for a room for three nights for two people, but it was only available for one person, it was uncomfortable, the front desk was small, and the hotel was expensive for the price, so I asked them to cancel the remaining two nights and stayed at another hotel. Despite the hotel's mistake, they still have not accepted the cancellation. It is the worst hotel.
