Overall, we were very satisfied. It was very clean and nice. You just couldn't book breakfast in advance.
But I would recommend it and book it again myself.

The weather was cold when we traveled in March (4 degrees). Since the hotel's heating system was central, we felt very cold in the room. The central heating was set at 25 degrees and it was not enough. Also, there was a terrible smell of mold and sewage coming from the bathroom.

This lovely hotel isvery well located for exploring old Diyarbakır. Fantastic turkish buffet breakfast. The staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough. There is a spa and hamam but i didn't try them.

Located in the old center of Diyarbakır, Stafford helpful rooms were clean and and the breakfast to was good and it was beyond our expectations since the quality of the products they offered was very good. I went with my family and my mother had difficulty in moving so I can say that also that this hotel is friendly for the people who have handicaps. No parking lots is available you just park in the front of the hotel. It was not a problem for me since it was not busy at that time in Diyarbakır but it ib busy days it might cause a problem

In general, all the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious but it cannot be said that they are very hygienic for a four-star hotel. The breakfast was rich. The location of the hotel is very good, close to everywhere. It can be said to be good compared to the hotels in the area.
