This hotel is just ten minutes from the airport and downtown Diyarbakir. Clean and well maintained property. Friendly staff. Clean room with necessities gives you a good night sleep. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options - amazing local cheese selection.

The hotel looks new, is modern, clean and with an excellent location in the heart of the city and next door to a large mall with a large variety of shopping and eating opportunities. We had a slightly smallish, nice, clean room, on the fifth floor with a nice view of the city and all amenities needed. Front desk people were efficient and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of tasteful choices.

Only stayed one night but was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of all the staff Had an enjoyable evening watching the football and the bar staff were very accommodating. Ramazan in the bar was excellent and nice to see English speaking waiters. Thankyou for welcoming The rooms were excellent and very comfortable

The hotel is located close to the airport but far away from the Old Town. It had all the amenities you would expect from a branded establishment. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had some challenges regarding English speaking staff however there was always somebody available to help out with ordering food and drinks. Along with arranging taxis. The North Shields Bar was modern. The highlight being the staff they where always happy, helpful and efficient. In particular I would like to thank the following members of the bar team for their professionalism. Hasan, Mehmet, Fatih, Nida Irem A and Mahmut S. They will also make me smile!

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the airport and many places to visit. Having a shopping center and cafes right next to it is a great advantage. The staff is very attentive, polite and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and nice, cleanliness is good. Although there wasn't much variety for breakfast, the products were delicious and sufficient for us. If I come again, I will stay here again.

You can meet all your needs thanks to one of the largest shopping malls in Diyarbakır, located right next to the hotel. Although it has a parking lot, vehicle entrance and exit are a bit complicated in the residential area, but with the influence of the shopping mall, there is no parking problem at all. Check-in and check-out procedures, reception, housekeeping, breakfast, everything is 10 out of 10.
