Small room, not really clean, the WIFI promised to the room is either very slow, or there is none and the staff just shrugs their shoulders that there is none in the whole area For me, who works on the internet and went here specifically because free internet was included in the room description, not only was it annoying, but it was a real loss that I couldn't use the internet The staff just shrugs their shoulders and doesn't give any discounts or compensation, even though they didn't fulfill their promise "Internet comes with the room". In the 21st century, the Internet is as important as hot water

Everyone was very caring. Everything is close by i needed to do.
They managed to offer me room service as I did not want to eat in the restaurant that was very appreciated.
Only one thing that can be better is the internet was very slow I couldn’t work with it.
Quality of the dinner and value for money is more than expected. Will be happy to come back.

L’emplacement est parfait belle vue sur la côte montagneuse juste à côté de la Suisse. Mais le logement reste très petit et à l’étroit après cela reste compréhensible, étant donné le lieu et le tarif de l’hôtel, pour que tout cela reste abordable… mais un choix supplémentaire sur le côté restauration serait un peu plus appréciable. l’accueil est très bien impersonnel, intéressé et investi. J’ai passé un bon séjour !

Je n' ai pas aimé la moquette dans la chambre et de plus les animaux sont admis. C'est propre mais petit. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et complet. Un seul soucis si vous souper commander du vin car la patronne ne va pas vous apprécier .Le conjoint est très sympathique et le personnel de même.

Piccolo hotel, in posizione centrale. Vicino al ****** e poco distante dal centro termale. Pulito e molto accogliente. Ottima la cucina con piatti ben presentati. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Buona anche la colazione. Spero di avere presto l'occasione per tornare.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, Personnel accueillant et disponible mais notre chambre au 3ieme étage était mal insonorisée, volets de chambre en très mauvais état et petits déjeuners vraiment légers par rapport au tarif....
