Absolutely wonderful hotel. We found this very last minute and it has been wonderful. Great location - you can walk anywhere, good breakfast in the morning, and a very kind staff. We would highly recommend staying here. Very wonderful place

My third visit to the hotel under three different ownerships - and easily the least impressive. The location is brilliant and the rooms are clean and comfortable. But none of the staff cracked a smile throughout our entire visit. The tone was set on arrival when the woman greeting us checked her watch to see if we were early rather than venturing a warm welcome. And breakfast - by Turkish standards - was grim. Plain and tired. Local information and advice was grudgingly provided. A huge shame. This was once a superb hotel.

İt is a very noisy hotel located by the road. We were not able to sleep. The room needs to be repaired. They do not include coffee within the breakfast. They charge one small french press 56 lira and serve for two. This is not right and they are not guest oriented. We do not reccommend.

Iznik is a place where you can stay for two days at most. The location of the hotel is nice, the breakfast is okay. The attention, if you talk to someone, you enter and leave the hotel. We didn't go with any expectations, we stayed for two nights as part of a long trip. There were spider webs on the ceiling. There were broken nail marks in the bathroom, the shower telephone was broken, so the water pressure seemed to burn your face. The rooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned carefully. Most of the places outside in the garden were like a dump due to the lack of staff. The impression the hotel left on me was that I think the managers are tired of this hotel they have been running for 15 years. So, the hotel is working in terms of price/performance, and they continue to do so.

The location of the boutique hotel is great. It's a sweet family business, Ms. Nurcam and her husband, Ms. Özlem are all very nice people. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great. Our weekend getaway, which I organized as a birthday gift to myself, went very well.
