We booked this bungalow hotel through Tui and were not very impressed. Standard bungalows are outdated, very small, hardly any storage space, bathroom without shower curtain, so everything is wet and you can't get out of the shower with dry feet. Rusty fridge (which is completely unnecessary with all-inclusive anyway, because it is not filled in the standard room). Room service only worked after several complaints. Bushes in front of the bungalows are so high that you can no longer read the room number. Unkept gardens, moldy sports field. During our 14-day stay, live cooking only took place in the last 3 days. Monotonous food - roast pork, braised pork, meatballs and steamed chicken legs in various sauces, pasta in various sauces, but mostly in tomato sauce. 1-2x tzatziki, but there was no really typical Greek food. Beds on the beach are not tidied or cleaned. Superior rooms have their own beach area, so during rainy days the bed covers were not removed and were left lying in the heavy rain. All photos that are shown publicly do not correspond to the facts - certain areas no longer exist.

So after reading... not very positive comments... after our reservation for 15 days I was afraid. But nice surprise. Our bungalow was one of the renovated ones so perfect but indeed there are less attractive bungalows. The air conditioning worked well we put our son's bed close to ours because the air conditioning was blowing on him. But that's a detail. We slept cool. Indeed the shower drainage is not great but we put less pressure. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels, small shower gel offered and fridge stocked with water and soda every day. The kitchen is the weak point, don't look for gourmet. It's simple cooking. My first annoyance is not the food itself.. It's the attitude of certain customers... at will does not mean to throw away. We have plates filled with watermelon cakes. And so on... so let it fill regularly until the end. Thrown away by the poor waitresses. I saw children serve a mountain when he was little... it was all a waste... Even if there were things I didn't like... I used a spoon... and what if we I like it, we'll go back without any problem, it's more than good enough. I blame having been 15 days too much dishes come back.. sausages and styles of mince stikes not homemade with all the sauces... as well as chicken wings. Or pork beef stews. Few fish. But we also had specialties. Mousaka etc. Salad buffet nothing to say with always feta, very varied. fresh and good vegetables. DIY vinaigrette. Very varied lunch omelette raw vegetables fruit specialty puff pastry spinach cheese but always same cold meats. Bread several choices. cereal jam. Given the heat... the ideal would have been some dishes without sauce. Or sauce them apart why not. Like chicken wings. Also easier to eat. The swimming pool is nice, very well maintained by a lifeguard who takes his role very seriously, well done. Make sure that the pool area remains clean.. collect cups or paper that customers or were too lazy to collect. He is very careful with the young child who does not know how to swim because he does not want him to go into the deep..while the parents are sunbathing..we are not looking. A very invested man, well done. The beach is beautiful and clean. On pebbles with rapid descents, watch out for the little ones. Very quickly reaches the size of an adult. favored more pleasant beach shoes to fit into. Private beach red and yellow bracelet. Little advice We witnessed an exchange on the private beach, red bracelet for yellow bracelet, it was a waitress with a well-maintained man who must have come... where are the managers? The yellow bracelet beach was filled.. I nevertheless understand this family came to the red one if more room. But I saw in the evening while walking the beach yellow and white bracelet.

The place reminds of camping! We stayed in a modern house with everything we needed. The outdoor area is very well maintained and full of large plane trees! At noon and in the evening the coolness is incredible! The area is safe for children. There is a swimming pool, beaches in front with sunbeds and food. Anyone who hasn't been to a 5-star hotel to pay is not going to appreciate this accommodation. It has everything for a family!

I will also post my review, which under other circumstances I wouldn't bother but I sincerely hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. We booked at the end of August 2022, we traveled 430 kilometers from Athens just to stay all inclusive at this particular hotel since we have a small child. When we arrived the restaurant area was fine. We didn't manage to stay longer because when we got to the rooms it was an absolute disappointment. On the site where we booked our stay a long time ago and prepaid (big mistake) there were posted pictures of the renovated Bungalows while we were told to stay in non-renovated Bungalows. The reasoning was that it was not the hotel's fault but the site from which we booked (they know to accept money from the respective sites, they don't know to check what photo they upload). The gentleman at the reception was very kind but it was not in his power, obviously, to cover our needs, he also moved us to another better room which was exactly the same. In the end we had to leave because we couldn't find a way to get a room like the ones we saw, we asked for our money back from the site (which of course came after days and if we had nothing to do with finding another hotel we would have returned to Athens. , I have no problem naming the site in the next comment). In short, I find it unacceptable in the year 2022 to pay for a room online and it does not correspond to the obvious as the photos are. My comments are not about employees, they are about management.
