Not an international hotel. Wifi is poor, and there is no English. Relied heavily on translation APPS. We were not told that breakfast finished at 9am and were sent away at 9:02am. But when we complained to the front desk that all we wanted was coffee and toast, they said these were not served anyway. Still, what can one expect at a fourth tier city in China?

Excellent location, on the same street as Liaodi Pagoda and the Ancient City. Easy walk to get there. Check-in process was a bit of a pain, but that's true in most cases for foreigners in China.
