衞生不好，枕頭下面有頭髮，睡眠不好或者要求睡眠好的話不要來，真的窗簾一點不遮光而且也不隔音早上特別吵一晚上沒睡好睡了醒醒了睡，我也是無語服務也一般打電話問有沒有充電器，態度不好反正以後不會在去了

衞生間極其反味，晚上十一點回到酒店，滿屋子臭水溝味，跟前台聯繫多次，第一次告訴我讓我開窗户，開窗能解決找你？第二次説讓我等着，第三次讓我別催，晚上十二點我等你？等到第二天退房?你可真是顧客的上帝。滿屋子裝修的味道，屋子的門下面一巨寬的縫，就這樣吧，很不滿意。

五一自駕出遊的半途落腳點，距離京港澳高速出口不太遠，房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，住得比較舒適。另外房間窗口前還有一條榻榻米可以睡一個人。前台服務熱情。酒店附近有早點攤可以吃東西。距離萬達廣場也不是很遠。通往酒店大門和停車場的路稍微有點難走，是從一個小區的大門口旁邊一條非常窄的路開過去，有點擔心車會不會掉到路基下面去。

一開始看房間圖片還挺好的就定了，結果大中午前台沒有人，等了一會還是沒人，給平台客服打了電話來了一個保潔，但是不會辦理入住，説經理回家吃飯了讓我們等會再來辦理。帶我們去了一個房間問着有異味，換了一個還是有，保潔説開會窗户就好了。衞生間的洗漱用品很簡陋，屋子很小，空調直吹着床，電視不能聯網。重中之重的要説一下這個酒店的床和枕頭真的非常不舒服，躺了好久都睡不着，結果第二天早上又被窗户外面的居民樓裏的住户吵醒了，睡醒腰痠腿軟的，床沒有支撐身體的點，枕頭又軟又塌，這一晚住的非常難受。但是保潔阿姨很熱情，服務態度很好，給人感覺很親切負責，有事一直在外面來不及換地方才沒退房，大家看了再決定要不要住吧。

衞生間有異味！你敢信它的馬桶沒沖！我打開馬桶蓋子小解的時候發現有異物！真的難以形容！我無法理解，就主觀而言，環境上還行，隔音也不錯，設施該有的都全，地理位置距離萬達廣場、定州中學倒是蠻近
