設施陳舊，我們定了3個標間，其中一間洗澡的花傘陳舊似漏尿，水根本不熱，服務員説用的是温泉水，多淌點水就好，但最終一直沒用到熱水，更別提洗澡了！早操很一般，餐館老闆娘有點不講衞生，養的貓咪跑到正在吃飯的凳子上，老闆娘當著客人的麪揪起貓咪就走，想想都有點反胃，總之，這家酒店不會有下次

我們晚上快12點才去，黑燈瞎火的，給錯房卡兩次，都不是我們定的房型，給房卡的人一直躺床上背對我們要睡覺，我們沒好意思再去換卡了，就那麼睡了，早餐券沒給，用餐時間也沒有告知我們。第二天早上下樓9點多了，要早餐券被告知已經過了早飯時間，很無語真的！

看評分4.7，我才選的這家。整體住下來，我真的不曉得這4.7分是怎麼來的？
在小區內，一樓游泳池和籃球場地，二樓健身房，三樓住宿，晚上很安靜，不吵，沒有電梯。
房間真的很大，設施真的很簡陋，被子有點重，感覺潮氣很重，北方應該沒有這麼大的潮氣呀。衞生間也大，沒有乾濕分離，提供紙杯作漱口用。
噁心的是，房間有小飛蟲和蟑螂，蚊子也多，身上叮了好多小紅包。
更噁心的是，早餐小米粥，一開就加水，一開就加水，煎餅還把肚子吃壞了。可以不提供早餐，但不能這麼對付顧客，絕對差評差評差評！六點半才開火，七點就能吃，是快三分假！
