Such a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved.
