I have stayed in this hotel several times and the experience was good. I would book this hotel every time I go back to Ding'an. However, the experience this time was terrible. This hotel is very good in Ding'an at this price, but the service and environment are really terrible. I called in advance to tell them that if they were staying with babies, they would try to arrange a quiet, clean and hygienic room. However, the hygiene of the room on the day of check-in was disgusting. The walls were moldy, there were blood stains on the sheets, and the floor tiles were broken. I almost cut my feet when walking. The room smelled too bad, and the bathroom was also dirty. The front desk clerk had poor awareness. As a service industry, no matter how good the hotel is, they do not have the most basic service awareness and do not know how to greet guests proactively. Such a hotel in Ding'an is not as good as a hotel that costs one or two hundred yuan. The service is better than staying in this hotel.
