這邊的管理以及服務實在太差，早餐種類很一般，啥都沒有，服務員感覺就像欠了他們一百萬一樣，感覺完全沒有服務。另外洗澡洗到一半竟然沒有熱水，服務員過來説是因為用電煮的水，上一個人用完了，所以就沒有熱水了。這是所謂的五星級標準？嚴重懷疑攜程的五星標準

第一次住這裏，感覺酒店的綠化非常好，山水相依，湖泊寧靜，極目葱蘢，花草繁茂，整個面積也非常寬廣，早餐後去繞湖散步了一圈，空氣清新，環境優美，心曠神怡！前台的小姐姐也甜美專業，服務禮貌貼心，感覺太棒啦！下次還想來住！必須好評！👍🌹

也不知道是哪位大聰明設計的把空調外機安在卧室牆上，複式房間還要上個二樓樓梯。大晚上的空調噪音大的震耳發聵，半夜還停電關空調。酒店最基本的功能是讓旅客休息好，這種反人類的設計已經是硬傷了，沒法改變了。酒店未來發展會很艱難。

設施：比較齊全，但電熱器熱水與五鑽評價有點差距，天冷熱水供應有點侷促。
衞生：比較乾淨。
環境：南麗湖景區環境極好，但酒店外部社區設施老舊，甚至有破損。
服務：極其熱情到位，讓我們有賓至如歸感覺，前台部門特別突出，郝經理、小陳、小文個個認真負責，規範熱情；酒店餐飲部廚藝製作上品，色香味好，雖然價格小貴，但服務優秀，值得稱道。
