A good place to chill out if you are not a site seeing kind of a person

It was awesome to have a beautiful weekend with sterling kodai valley We enjoyed the place so nicely and everything was nice and smooth We had a hood time Even the breakfast, service all were outstanding. We shall come back in future . Keep it up Thanks for a outstanding weekend.

I recently opted for a 2 night stay at premier room(Nov 2024) and it wasn’t that good as expected. First let me post the positive aspects - The location and view were astounding, Breakfast was good but service still needs improvement, Children outdoor play area is good and well maintained. Indoor activities except for board games everything else is chargeable even to ride a cycle you need to pay(that wasn’t the case in Sterling Vythiri) To get a cricket bat/ball/Snooker ball/ everything were locked inside a room nothing was easily accessible for each and everything you need to call reception and request but this wasn’t the case in my previous stay at other star properties. Rooms were confined closely built not so properly designed, balcony was pathetic without a roof even for small rain water would enter the room, balcony latch wasn’t functioning. First time seeing a 32inch Led TV in a so called 4star property which again gave me the vibes of a lodge. Bathroom fittings were poorly maintained sanitary-wares/ bath fittings gave me feel like a lodge stay it needs a massive renovation, Room service is little slow and wasn’t responsive initially. And I couldn’t find the manager through out my entire stay. Dinner food quality was below average nothing more to elaborate. Check in/Check out was another hassle. Parking space is nothing short of a massive dump yard of waste furniture and sanitary-ware. Except for the location everything else was a big let down and this particular property didn’t have any traits of a star hotel. Overall I felt like staying in a “Posh Lodge”

I had an very simple and aesthetic experience, And the trips was to kodai vally was too good , Chef Kavish Took all the responsibilities too serve us we were full satisfied from chef kavish and the food was totally delicious , Room were totally cleaned and maintained

Nothing like the ratings given or the view in pics... Its waste of money and destroying you holiday experience.. What you will get is dirty and dusty rooms, with window view to near by workers colony. The rooms being near to colony and road is very noisy.. rooms being dirty and dusty not good at cold climate and for kids.. Poor service and reception management - waited for 2 hours to get room even after 2pm check in but check out call will come exactly at 10.59pm.. they are just running one night staying facility for people who want to go out for site seeing in mornings... Nothing at the resort..

Review for Premium room with Balcony. The hotel was well-located and had a responsive staff. The room size was adequate, but the washroom was quite small. A special shout-out to Shashi Kapoor for his exceptional service, which significantly enhanced our stay.
