It's really a good place to be with your family away from your regular and busy routine.....I must say....good place to meditate also. Be ready to be away from the outside world...I was from my regular world and it was rejuvenation process. It feels like home and you would not feel like coming back to your regular world.... the staff there is excellent and treat you with utmost care

It is one of the best places you can stay in Kodaikanal.the rooms are very comfortable and well decorated .they have geyser ,room heater,microwave and all other home amenities which makes you feel at home .The service is beyond expectations .the cook and the attendant made sure of our needs.They prepare a large variety of breakfast and you can even ask them if you have any priority. We had dosa ,idli,sambaar ,bread and eggs ,fresh fruits and Paratha as choices for us. If you are a pet lover then they have 4 doggos to keep you company who are very friendly .They would arrange bonfire and barbeque in extra charges and it's worth it .the location is the main attraction although you have to be a skilled driver to drive up through those steep lanes. I would say if you are trying to leave the hustle bustle of the city for 2 days of calm and peace here is where you should head for

Amazing location and fantastic service. Rooms are well equipped with all services and a best blend of homestay and personalised services. Approaching road is narrow but worth once you reach at the top. Very helpful staff and also helped us with local guide. A hidden gem on top of the hill. They have three friendly and very well behaved dogs, who would give you company as they wish. Staff can converse in English, Hindi and Tamil. Food is very simple, homely and well prepared. Don’t expect lot of variety as this is homestay but chef can cook both South Indian and north Indian variety very well. Must try masla tea and South Indian breakfast. Internet is unstable and you only get bsnl mobile network and jio sometimes. We worked from this location for few days and the environment and location was apt. Must take services of local guide Surya. He took us to some amazing trails and also made some really professional videos.

We stayed with family for 3 nights and booked two rooms. Nice rooms, well maintained, hot water available throughout, good complimentary breakfast and room service, responsive manager - Yuvaraj, friendly and smiling staff, great support staff responding to guests, great views from the rooms (amazing and stunning views). Three pet dogs were cute and welcoming and my daughter had a great time with them.

A perfect holiday of Christmas and my daughter's birthday in Kodaikanal with Xanadu. Rooms are so specious and with amazing mountain view. Staff there are so friendly and service you promptly with smile always on their face. Food is amazing, served hot. One of my best holidays.
