I stayed at Hotel Jem Valley from 21st August to 24th August. Everything was absolutely superb! The location is one of the highest points in Kodaikanal, with breathtaking views all around. The rooms and surroundings were clean and well maintained. The service was excellent and the staffs were very friendly, helpful, and polite throughout my stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Jem Valley to anyone visiting Kodaikanal.

A Magical Hilltop Escape! We stayed here last year and still can't stop talking about it! The location is simply breathtaking – perched on a hill with stunning sunrise and valley views that feel straight out of a dream. 🌤️🌿 The resort is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were cozy with wooden interiors, large windows, and a balcony where we spent hours just enjoying the breeze and the view. 🌸 The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. Food was delicious – especially the local dishes! And the evening bonfire with music made our nights extra special. 🔥🎶 Honestly, it was the perfect getaway – peaceful, romantic, and refreshing. Highly recommended for couples, friends, or family looking to escape the city chaos and reconnect with nature. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for the unforgettable stay! 💖

It's was very pleasant location. Excellent view. We loved the private balcony for honey moon suite with seats. Restaurant and food wasn't bad with same menu daily but costly and serving only buffets so better to go for such packages there was night fire and tandoori stalls in the premises. Rooms were spacious enough but geaser didn't work everything we wanted to get hot water however was adjustable. The weather is extremely cold during our stay. Climbing up the heights was so terrible but a car with a good driver makes it easy
