Our stay at j em valley was awesome. Location is a bit far, and the hotel is located at a high altitude. Food was yummy. In clear skies, the view from the hotel is mesmerizing. In order to go to the hotel, the road is slant. For professional drivers, it's easy to drive near the hotel. Travelers who like fog and cool temperatures can prefer this hotel. On sundays bonfire is arranged for all the visitors.

Everything was nice. Very easy to reach the staffs are very support. Very easy to identify the hotel. Parking facilities were good. Very neat and clean atmosphere. No food is available. Restaurant was there but closed.

I stayed with my family, we stayed for three nights. The place is beautiful, service is really good and rooms are comfortable. Power issues were there but it's understandable as it's a hill station and the property is located outside the main town area. It was not an inconvenience considering the serenity and peace provided by the location.
