The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The well-maintained building offers comfortable rooms with high-quality amenities. The hotel's prime location near the beach and dining options is a plus.

We had a small hotel room situated next to the service elevator with a low ceiling height which gave us an oppressive feeling, tiny bathroom with minimal space to sit on the toilet and a dysfonctional shower head, burnt-out bulb at the entrance and stained fitted sheets that have not been changed. Definitely no loyalty programme benefits in room allocation.

We have been visiting this hotel each year since at least 2014 and have always had an enjoyable visit. The hotel is useful for us as it is very close to St Malo (for the ferry) and it has secure parking. During our first stay this year in August, we had a lovely room and received a very warm welcome. The room was spacious clean and in a good state of repair. We also stayed prior to returning home in September and the experience could not have been more different. Despite the hotel being very quiet, although I am a gold Accor member, we were given a room which must have been one of the smallest in the hotel (if this was an upgrade, I can not imagine what a more basic room would have been like).I appreciate that all the rooms are different which makes the hotel quite quirky. However, the room we were allocated was much more suitable for one guest rather than two; the bed being very close to the sloping ceiling. walls and bathroom. There was a big tear in the blinds in the bedroom and no blind on the bathroom windows, making privacy impossible. Also, to add insult to injury, those on reception forgot to give me my free drinks voucher. Unfortunately, not being able to speak French well it was not possible to complain. I really hope that the September experience is a one off and if we use the hotel next year, our visits will be as enjoyable as they have been historically.
