Stayed here for 5 nights which made a great base for Dinan and the surrounding area. We had a room at the front of the hotel which had an amazing view over the area infront of the hotel. The only slight downside to this was that it was quite noisy and the windows didn't keep the sound at bay. It was fine for nighttime sleeping but definitely not if you were after any daytime rest! The room was spacious, there could have been a few extra places to put things but that is a minor grumble. Bathroom kept very clean and again spacious with a powerful shower- only downfall was that it leaked across the floor quite a bit! One night we obviously had a heavy footed visitor in the room above but other nights it was very quiet. Staff were brilliant, speaking very limited French, they were able to communicate brilliantly and with grace which was much appreciated. Breakfast included was the same each day which was fine, nothing particularly healthy though if that is what you're after. Freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely to have each morning though. On the note of the parking, some people have been very much ripped off. If you're staying for a few days take a ticket when you enter then go and visit the parking on Rue Victor Basch and they will convert it to a week pass which worked out at €15 for a whole week (card payment only). They didn't speak any English but with Google translate they knew what I was after and did it with no problem.
