This place stole over $1000 from me because I made the mistake of booking on the App. I unbooked 2 days later due to a funeral I had to attend. They said it was non-refundable and they were going to charge me for the whole week even though I never checked in and I cancelled on the App with a week to go before the stay. I beg you to never stay at this hotel in support of a person who was ripped off from these guys.

We were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was hot and delicious! I wish I could bring home the cinnamon rolls We loved the hot tub after our day at Starved Rock. We will be definitely be back.

We booked the Holiday Inn for my daughter’s wedding, which was taking place at the barn at Hornbaker Gardens, Princeton, Illinois. Brooke and her staff at the front desk were fantastic. I emailed Brooke numerous times with questions and asked for updated lists of the guests that had reserved rooms. She always responded quickly and was happy to answer any question that we had. Hotel itself was clean, the breakfast buffet was good and the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a hotel for a local wedding or just a nice hotel in the area,I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express.

This establishment is very clean. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. We have a corner room and it is beautiful. If you want a clean place to stay with some really nice things to do within the establishment, you should check this place out.

Terrible stay!! When i checked in the bed was obviously not changed had blood stains and hair in the bed!! hair in the sink! pee on the toliet! then the Housekeeper walked in while I was in the shower the next day!! Knocking on my door at 10 am!! stains all over the towels and sheets and the housekeepers were vaping in the building!!! The next morning after being woke up i found a pill on the floor that a child could of picked up!! I heard the housekeepers and I believe to be the laundry lady telling one another they were unhappy to work there il never go back to this hotel!

Rebecca was absolutely amazzzzing! Her energy was so fun and her customer service was outstanding! She is an asset to your business! The breakfast could have been better meaning keeping things stocked, we would go down pretty early and it was still an issue. Other than breakfast, everything was amazing!

I stayed here for several weeks for work training. Rebecca was there almost every night to check me in and make sure everything was great. Her and the entire staff at this establishment are top notch. Thanks for the great room and the wonderful cheese omelets in the mornings before work! -G

Becca at the front desk was an angel when we arrived late at night looking for a place to stay while driving cross country. Super nice and quick checkin, and was able to help when I locked the key in my room. The rooms were really clean, cozy, and full of amenities. The shower was great, the bed was comfortable, and I felt safe and clean. The breakfast the next morning was good, and Kelly at the front desk made checkout a breeze. Would very much recommend staying here.

The clerk at the desk was so nice and friendly! I felt welcomed instantly. The room was cozy and clean. The bed... I'd like to pack it and take it with me. So relaxing! Hot tub was delightful. Breakfast was on point. I will stay here next time I am in the area.
