The chair was dusty and dirty. Bed and sheets weren’t clean. Despite having the signage for maintaining quietness on the floors it wasn’t quiet at all. There was partying in the next room with loud music. Nobody did anything to control that. Not a satisfactory stay at all

I really had a awesome stay.. The hotel is located near to main town just 5-10 min walk from hotel. And the plus point was, the hotel has a lift facility and cab service. 🙏 overall my experience was superb ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll surely visit again 🙏

Hotel interior was good but phone was not working. Wifi was not working and ac was not working there. After-all staff was polite and best for couples as they give us full on privacy

On reaching they already gave my room to another, and said it's non refundable when i didn't even cancel the booking and asked me to add money for another room. Long story short: not at all a good experience

I was travelling with my mother n sister in law. Came to meet my Naga friend from Dimapur she was 8 months pregnant. So according to her comfort I booked the hotel room but Can’t sleep metres was very hard Ac not working properly water was dripping. Breakfast took 55 minutes to come…it’s just a feedback not complain

Amazing place with less noise pollution. It was valued for money and lift was available. Plus point was the hospital 2 minutes away where i could get my medicine highly recommend citrine hotel if you are looking for peace good food, hygiene and safety since indian army camp is located nearby. Will visit soon
