The hotel has a large courtyard, but there are some flaws in the internal and external environment. When booking the hotel, it said that there was free pick-up and drop-off, but before departure, it was informed that there was no pick-up and drop-off. Ctrip took the initiative to refund the pick-up and drop-off fee, which is worth praising. Another thing worth praising is the hotel service staff, who arranged a free airport drop-off service before leaving. Other services cannot be too demanding.

I had an early morning flight and had to check out at midnight, so I went to bed early. Just after I slept for a while, the shrill alarm sounded, so I quickly got dressed and prepared to evacuate. At this time, another shrill male voice was speaking loudly incomprehensible words. I hurried downstairs to ask the reason, and found out that someone secretly smoked and triggered the alarm... I couldn't fall asleep when I returned to the room, and checked out in a daze before three o'clock. Shouldn't the hotel apologize or even compensate me?
