Our stay there was not that bad, but we stayed there just 3 days, and we didn't have many expectations. + The view was wonderful. Balcony with the Mountain View and sea view at the same time. AC worked well. And it's very important as +35 outside. Good location for us cause our friends lived there nearby. Comfy bed. They gave us high floor. Not in the main building (annex) but it was ok for us. - Old facilities. It was hard to open the door eveeeery time, and we were afraid to break it. Or not open it anymore. The shower slider rail was broken, and the shower head was not fixed anywhere High price for this low quality (about 100 euros per night) We saw a s**tt of cat in the hallway. And it was cleaned just on the 3rd day. Poor breakfast. The poorest I ever saw, even in Turkey. They cleaned our room just once in 3 days. And it was quick for 5 min because their shift was about to end. The beach is dirty. You can find any garbage there. They are not cleaning it properly. I was in different countries, but I feel really sad to see such a nice place so dirty. I cannot recommend staying here. Doesn't worth it.I was disappointed.

Bakımsız bir otel, temizlik ve hijyen olarak iyi değil. Yastıkları çok kötü. Yatağın arkasındaki panel oynadığı için gece uyanıyorsunuz. Kahvaltı çok çok vasat. Banyodaki havlupan pas içinde. Nem ve rutubetten kabaran yerler var. Odada buzdolabında su bile yok. Bu kadar iyi lokasyona sahip bir otel nasıl bu kadar kötü işletilir anlamak mümkün değil. Hayalkırıklığı. Ağustos 2024'ün son günlerinde şehir tarafı odaya 3.000 TL ödedik. Deniz tarafı oda 3.500 TL idi. Bu fiyatın aynısına Akdeniz tarafında aldığınız hizmet ile kıyaslandığınzda oldukça fahiş bir fiyat olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Otel berbat kahvaltı uyduruk otel de resepsiyon da bi gözlükle orta yaşlı anlamayan konuşması tavrı iletişim sıfır yazık olur tatilinize yazık olur . Kongre için muhalefet mecbur kaldım bi daha kimseye önermem otel işletmeleri böyle bir otel işletmesi ne nasıl müsade edebiliyorlar.

Konum olarak güzel bir konumda oşmasına karşın girişten itibaren berbat bir işletme resepsiyonda bailıyor ciddiyetsizlik oda da sıcak su akıp akmadığını bilmiyorlar uyarınca farknettiler sabah kahvaltısı berbat beyaz peynir bile yok hele personel dövecek gibi davranıyor bir günaydın bir tebessüm yok odalar ve çatşaflarda temiz değil kumsalı pis çöp kovası konulmamıs sigara izmaritinden geçilmiyor plajında duş yok odalarda kasa yok kısaca özetlersem 2.500 TL edecek bir işletme değil malesef

Ramazan Bayramı'nda 2 gece kaldık fakat sadece basit bir kahvaltı vardı sıcak su sorunu vardı başı boş gezen insanları rahatsız eden köpekler vardı.odada çöp kovası yoktu çarşaflar delikti buzdolabı boştu bir şişe su olabilrdi.kesinlie tavsiye etmiyorum

Merkezde bulunan otelin deniz tarafı odalarının manzarası harika .temizlik hijyen iyi fakat 4.katta kalmayın.çünkü üstünüzde restoran var ve sabah kahvaltısına çıkanlar sürekli masa sandalye çekiyorlar ve o ses sizi uykunuzdan ediyor.umarım masa sandalyelerin altına keçe , halı vb şekilde bir malzeme ile çözüm bulurlar.kahvaltisi hakkında birsey yazamıyorum o sinir ile otelden ayrildik

9 eylül 2022 tarihinde 2 gece kalmak üzere, Dikilide bulunan Dikelya otele gittik. Otel odası , otelin girişi bahçesi her tarafını çok pis ve bakımsız bulduk. Çarşaflar yırtık ve çok pisti. Yastıklara tişört geçirerek uyumak zorunda kaldık. Mavi bayraklı pilaja bu otel hiç yakışmamış. Pislikten dolayı sabah oteli terk ettik.

Temmuz ayında yapacağımız tatil için şubat ayında erken rezervasyon yaptırdığımız Dikelya Otel gittiğimiz gün fiyatların artışını bahane ederek tarafımızdan ek ödeme istedi. Erken rezarvasyonu, tur şirketine onay vermediğini sorunun kendilerinden değil tur şirketinden kaynaklandığını belirtti. Tur şirketini hemen aradık ve şirket bir sorun olmadığını ve otelin bizden ek ödeme isteme hakkının olmadığını söyleyince konuyu kapatıp tamam sizi mağdur etmeyeceğiz diyerek bizi odamıza yönkendirdiler. Saat 16.30'da otele giriş yapmamıza rağmen oda temizlenmemişti tuvaletin çöp kutusu ağzına kadar doluydu, bütün oda kıl içindeydi ve tuvalet kağıdıyla el sabunu yoktu.Ertesi günü resepsiyona ikazımız üzerine odayı temizletebildik. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
