I paid in full when booking, and the amenities listed included blackout curtains for the windows. Upon arrival, the front desk assigned me a loft room with no curtains, including one for the bathroom window. They told me there were no other rooms available. 😅 It was dawn that morning, and I was forced to wake up. If the room details don't match the website, don't write that. The front desk service was terrible and indifferent. Who knows if it was racist? Asian women alone outside are prone to feeling hostile.

The location is very good, close to the train station and Dijon Cathedral. The downside is that the room is too small. The front desk MS can't communicate well in English.

Piscine qui ne fonctionne pas depuis des mois.
Après avoir payé, on reçoit un email pour nous dire que la piscine est hors service
Le pire dans tout ça, aucun geste commercial n'est proposé et la direction ne prend même pas le temps de vous appeler pour trouver un arrangement

Just what I needed
I needed a room for one night that was close to the railway station. The staff were friendly and welcoming, even though I was only staying one night. The room was clean and the bed comfy.

The Kyriad offer parking but lack the information to book the parking as only 12 spaces available. The shower was possibly the worst shower ever encountered (it was hot, so at least that was ok) but shower head useless. Didnt stay up and flopped down so you had to hold it all the time and the shower was like a hose as the head was either clogged or just didn't work. The aircon was ok but cant direct the flow so you cant really feel it and the windows are doubled glazed which helped with the noise. I stuffy room and rather small
