The hotel is in a great location, in the central city. The hotel rooms are well-equipped, clean, and pleasing to the eye, and there are a lot of things at the bar.
I booked 3 rooms of the same type, and according to this volume, the structure should be similar, but the results are still different.

Very pleasant stay, smiling and attentive staff, spacious room and modern decoration. The breakfast buffet is correct and the restaurant is excellent to try. As for the spa, it is good, just the pool and not very big. It is a shame that there are only 45 minutes per stay, we should be able to enjoy it more for a 5 star.

I am very dissatisfied with the front desk service. When I checked in (I was asked three times to wait until 3 o'clock), there was no one to help me when leaving the five-star hotel. Customers need to carry their large suitcases up and down the stairs themselves. This five-star service is really speechless.
