Everything is ok. Staff behaviour an all was good only one thing please deep clean your washroom. It's very dirty and quality of food is also very poor. I accept the price of food is cheap but that doesn't mean served cheap quality and one more thing intercom and geyser not at all working please look into it.

The location of the hotel is not so far from the sea beach. The rooms are very spacious. The food is very tasty and the quantity is good also. The behaviour of the staff is very polite. Thank you.

It was my first time to stay in a family room. Before i've just stayed in a hotel room with one bed. But this time we desired to get a room with double bed and we got it here. Room was super comfortable r i've to say food was damn good

Pleasant environment and good behaviour of hotel staff. Food is also good and at a normal rate. Only, 6-7min is far away from the beach. Lift is not available.

We booked a family room with two beds, but the room they allotted in that they said gyzer is not working. We were traveling with our aged mom and they then give us a room at 3rd floor and hotel is lacking lift! how can they ask an aged elderly woman to climb 3rd floor i don't have any idea! we tried to call makemytrip as well to cancel the booking, but as usual no help or guidance was available. Finally the hotel provided us 2 separate rooms. Also the hotel closes it's door at 10pm sharp with no one around the reception to open the doors. We and another family was late by 10 minutes and waited for long 40 minutes for them to open the door. Horrible experience ever faced in any hotel so far!

Hotel stay was ok, the bed mattress was too hard. As it's near sea beach it should have laundry facility also. As i had checked in with my 2 year old kid, i have asked for a room heater blowers as the temperature was cold but didn't get any help. Rest food and hospitality was good.
