Cons 1. Poor Management 2. Door Lock was broken 3. A/C remote was not available 4. TV not working 5. No wifi access inside room 6. The mobile tower is very poor in the room. 7. Tap water leaking. 8. Fan without regulator. 9. Lights not working properly. 10. Switches are horrible. 11. Tasteless food at resturant Pros: Only the location.

The only usp of this property is its location, sea view rooms and easy access from old digha bus stand. The hotel is just beside the bus stand, actually sharing the same boundary wall. The rooms size are average but there is attached sea facing balcony with every room. There is park in the backside but not so well maintained. The poorest par of this hotel is that the staffs including the manager of the hotel are very much the unprofessional and sometimes talks foul to customers. The cistern of our washroom was not working and when I called them at around 9 PM they told that the staffs are not not present currently they will come on morning. At morning I again called the manager and he told your checkout is at 9:30 AM he can only give 30 mins extra time to leave the room or ele we have to pay 1200 more to retain the room till 1 PM lastly they burgained with us till Rs 800, as we previously requested them. Ultimately we decided to leave the room at 10 AM without any extra payment, then the manager neither repair the cistern of the washroom and began to talk foul. This is their behavoiur. Now coming to cleanliness. Its very average, do not expect much cleanliness from this property. The blankets, towel are very much cheap standard and the blanket us without any cover. I booked the hotel, This room should be a Rs 800 to Rs. 1000 standard room, and yes the only benefit you can see the sea from your small balcony.

Room quality, bathroom quality and also food quality of their own restaurant is very poor. I am too upset. Very horrible experience.
