The hotel needs a lot of updates. The pool is only open till 6 pm. All the room walls got damped, and there was a very bad smell in all the rooms. It was not only my complaint but other guests who were staying having same companies.

We booked delux sea and pool view room. We found big mouse which kept disturbing us whole night and also cut all the food packets of my daughter's food. We paid near about 3000. This was unexpected really disappointed.

Fooding, lodging are excellent. Swimming pool very nice, all supporting staffs are very good. Sea view from room no. 104 is good. For relaxation of digha tour two to three days this hotel is very comfortably.

Bad experience. Room maintenance was so poor. Curtain and bedsheet are very dirty. Damp wall. Not provide ny dental kit and sanitary kit. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is very good and the food quality is also good. But don't go for chinese menu because that's below average. The staff behaviour is very good. The main usp of the hotel is the swimming pool

I stayed here for 2 days and this has been my experience - pros -
1. The staff is polite, courteous and helpful. 2. The response time for any service is prompt and efficient. 3. Food is decent and quantity is also good. Cons :
1. They give you a mattress instead of a cot. And the superior room that we had booked is not big enough for an extra mattress on the floor. 2. The regulator of the fan and the landline was not working. 3. The wifi is weak. 4. The lane at the back from the hotel to the beach can be more accessible to elderly people who have knee issues.
