We spent 3 nights here and had the most wonderful time. Our Wadi Rum experience was the best part of our journey. Thank you Abdullah, Hatem, Majid, Mizir, Sidik, and everyone who’s name I can’t remember. All so welcoming and friendly. We had a beautiful room with the most amazing view. The room was basic but had everything we wanted during our stay: it was clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water and good pressure at all time. We even had toiletries. Dinner- we had dinner with them every night and it was varied and delicious. They served bedouin barbeque every night, which was a spectacle in itself, as guests were invited to watch how their food was cooked in a pit underground. Guests are invited outside after dinner, for a tea around the fire, music, dance and a good time under the beautiful night sky. The camp itself offers a beautiful scenery. We had three days of divine peace and silence. Water, coffee and tea is complimentary and provided at all times. The wifi connection is fairly good. We loved the jeep tour and our driver. They also organised other tours and transfers for us for outside the camp, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our driver outside the camp, Murat, was so kind and friendly.

Good friendly staff but the facilities were extremely bad and their excuse is they didn't know the bathroom was not functioning. It was not worth it. The sunset tour was nice, but every camp does the same. So better to go to a better camp with good facilities

Such a hospitable camp set in a beautiful location. The thing I loved most about this camp versus others we stayed in was that they were not pushy at all about doing activities and let you be in full control of your schedule. If you want to just sit and enjoy the natural beauty they’re more than happy for you to do so which we really valued. The views from the camp’s terrace are simply breathtaking. The rooms have amazing views though I’d say tents 5 to 10 have the best views. The food was great and the service very friendly, highly recommend!

AC not always working to save money , our tent was an over and I was about to faint. Poor service for everything else. Poor food and not interested in doing anything to improve a bit. Nice tents though. There are many camps in Wadi Rum, I recommend other options.

The location is great and the cabins and bubbles are new, or recently refurbished. However some of the cabins have no view, the windows face the interior patios or the rock walls. I imagine some tourists will be very disappointed if they are placed in one of those on their only night in Wadi rum. The food is terrible. The dinner is always the same: some dry chicken, meatballs, and tasteless salads. So if you stay there two nights, you will eat twice the same dinner. On our second night there, they had brought two meager trays of desserts and obviously they were finished before everyone have gotten a piece. Customers asked if there was more. They simply said it was finished. The owner later blamed the fact that they had a large group that day. Thats not an excuse. People are paying good money for the accommodation, buying extra and saving it for later cost them pennies and ensure people can eat as much as they want. In general they are very disorganized and lazy. Around 10 guys smoking and doing very little. There is nobody in the dinning at breakfast or dinner, nobody checking if they had run out of food. They run out of chicken once and I had to find ome of the guys, who pointed at the tray with 2 pieces of chicken to tell me that there was chicken. It was only after I insisted that he looked at it properly and brought another tray. But the worst food was the "sandwich" they give you for the day trip. 7 dinar for the worst sandwich I have eaten in my life with a side of cold fries (who thought it was a good idea to put french fries in a lunch box to be eaten 5 hours later?) The breakfast was also extremely disapointed. Everything of very poor quality, and one single household toaster to be used for all customers. The worst breakfast i ever had in Jordan. In general the place is a money making machine and the family takes little care in ensuring the best stay to their guests. They just try to milk their money.

Excellent location and great service. The camp was very welcoming and owners treated us as their own. We booked one of the tents with its own bathroom facilities. AC was available in the room. The dinner was excellent and cooked under the sand in traditional way. It was our best meal in Jordan. The only gripe is WiFi not so great away from the main lounge tent area but that is expected for the ideal Bedouin life.

Great experience. Friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Feysal that helped us to share an amazing sunset experience. Don't hesitate to ask him to take photographs, he is a ultra talented photographer.
