⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir waren erneut im Haus Windhook und sind absolut begeistert! Das Essen ist wie immer super lecker und frisch zubereitet, das Team ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Familienfreundlichkeit, hier fühlt man sich einfach willkommen. Auch die Preise sind absolut fair für die Qualität und Lage direkt am Meer. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, modern und gemütlich, und man merkt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt.

Direkt in den Dünen
Haus Irmi in den Dünen ist traumhaft um seine Ruhe zu haben oder mit dem Hund hinterm Haus in den Dünen zu verweilen , es gibt dort Strandkorb und Tische und Stühle .

Haus Windhook - Holiday Home Seeblick 2:
Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, tolle Terrasse mit direktem Blick auf die Ostsee. Einzig die Mücken waren etwas nervig. An den meisten Fenstern waren Fliegengitter angebracht, an der Terrassentür jedoch nicht.
Frühstücksbuffet hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung bietne können - hätte mir noch etwas Gemüse und regionale Fischspezialitäten gewünscht. Rührei gibt's auf Anfrage - wurde uns allerdings zu spät gesagt.

Mein Aufenthalt war ein absoluter Reinfall. Gesucht wurde ein entspanntes Plätzchen für 3 Tage am Meer. Gebucht wurde mit Sauna und Restaurant vor Ort direkt am Meer, da ich gehbehindert bin. Beides wurde auch auf der Reservierungsbestätigung ausgewiesen. Als ich ankam erfuhr ich, dass das Restaurant geschlossen und die Sauna im Bau ist. Im Zimmer roch es muffig und die Mäuse haben mir die erste Nacht zerstört. Daraufhin zog ich für die nächste Nacht in ein anderes Zimmer, welches nicht warm wurde. Am nächsten Morgen waren es dann 16 Grad Raumtemperatur und ich wollte eine heiße Dusche nehmen. Leider war das Wasser nichtmal lauwarm. Ich wollte dann vorzeitig abreisen, weil ich einfach enttäuscht war. Bezahlen musste ich die volle Summe für 3 Nächte und man versprach mir, dass ich mich per Mail melden solle und dann eine Erstattung oder ein Entgegenkommen erhalten werde. Meine Mails werden ignoriert und mir fehlen die Worte. Das war ein absoluter ReinfalL

Also ganz ehrlich, wenn ich hier manche negativen Bewertungen lese, fehlt es mir am Verständnis. Wir waren bereits das 2. mal hier und sind sicher, es war nicht das letzte Mal. Wir hatten weder an der Unterkunft, noch am Personal auch nur das geringste auszusetzen. Unsere Tochter nebst Familie waren mit, und sie haben gleich für den Sommer erneut gebucht. Es ist ein super Klima im Team, und wer sich dort nicht erholen und entspannen kann, der ist ,denke ich , selbst schuld. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Speisen in der Gaststätte sind sehr schmackhaft. Hervorheben möchte ich auch einmal den Kellner Gunnar, er ist ein super Typ. Man fühlt sich dort einfach in dieses Team mit integriert. Kurz ein top Urlaub !
