Quirky rooms, no frills but nevertheless comfortable guesthouse with a decent restaurant. Some rooms have delightful sea views. Good parking and stroll downhill to small beach. Breakfast was included and was good. There is a lovely terrace facing the sea and although it was too cold for our evening meal we took advantage at breakfast the next day.

This small hotel is lovely, charming and relaxing and has a 5-star restaurant where guests can enjoy a gourmet meal, beautifully cooked and presented. We rented the vacation house/gite from this hotel, and it was very basic. Things were falling apart, the shower drain backed up, and the kitchen had basically nothing provided. It really would benefit from some attention and care. It wasn't great value for the cost, but we still enjoyed. The positives were the incredible views, the windows were excellent (only thing that seemed to be invested in) and provided a lovely cross breeze. The location is great, just up from the beach and not far into the centre. Really well located. The furniture was shabby but comfortable. We were able to have breakfast at the main hotel (three houses along the street), which was good. The restaurant associated with the hotel is excellent. They seemed short staffed, like a lot of places right now, but the two women were lovely and friendly. It's a very dog friendly place too. I think next time I would try to stay in the hotel itself, but we were looking for a place for four of us, so it seemed reasonable to try the house. However, they need to make a lot of repairs and provide more in order to make it viable/better.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été frappés par le manque de soin apporté à la salle : nappes froissées et mal positionnées, donnant une impression de négligence. Malheureusement, cette première impression s'est confirmée tout au long du repas. Les plats étaient de qualité médiocre, avec des produits sans saveur et une cuisine peu raffinée. Pire encore, nous avons ressenti des problèmes de digestion après le repas, ce qui laisse à penser que la fraîcheur ou la préparation des aliments laisse à désirer. Quant au prix, 55€ pour un menu entrée/plat/dessert, c'est totalement injustifié au vu de la prestation très ordinaire. Ce restaurant prétend proposer une cuisine gastronomique, mais nous en sommes très loin. Je ne comprends pas les avis positifs, et un tel établissement mériterait un contrôle plus rigoureux. À éviter.

Chambre dans son jus ,rétro, comme l’ensemble de l’auberge mais voulu par son propriétaire, table de nuit des caisses en bois...... literie bonne chambre bien chauffe sauf salle de bain petit et froide ,mal agencé pas pensé pour le client ,pas de porte vêtement dans salle de bain Vue superbe prix raisonnable.......ça plaît ou ça plaît pas tout à chacun

Dit was een enorme teleurstelling. Jaren geleden hier geweest en toen was het top. Nu zijn ze echt afgegleden. Kamer/appartement viel tegen. Veel kleine mankementen. Maar echt een no go was de enorme rioollucht in de badkamer. Het restaurant was echt dramatisch. Personeel zeer onbeschoft en bot. En in drie kwartier wordt je door het diner gejaagd. En wel flinke prijzen vragen. Kwaliteit van het eten viel ook enorm tegen, met name als je het vergelijkt met jaren geleden. Oh, en het personeel spreekt alleen Frans. Op zich niet erg, maar als je je site ook in andere talen beschikbaar heb dan verwacht je toch wel dat het personeel ook een beetje de talen spreekt. Oh en de eigenaar? Die hebben we tijdens het verblijf op de hoogte gebracht van de klachten. Beloofde erop terug te komen. Maar sindsdien niets meer gehoord.

Je n'ai jamais eu une literie aussi agréable . Nousavons passé une nuit délicieuse . Nous avions la chambre la moins chère ( 5) et nous regrettons que les tables de nuits ne soient que de vulgaires caisse à fruits . On se croirait dans une chambre d'étudiant . Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux dans une salle assez cosy.

Hotel ziet er leuk uit. Ligging is erg mooi, aan achterzijde uitzicht op zee. Kamer die wij hadden (n. 5) was klein, maar op zich oké. Ziet er uit als een soort brocante. Toch waren er zaken die wij niet in orde vonden. We hadden op voorhand bij de reservering aangegeven dat een persoon gluten en lactose intolerantie is. Bij het ontbijt was daar niets van terug te vinden. Toen we er naar vroegen, werd het afgedaan met “nee, dat hebben we niet”. Toen zelf maar gekocht. Ook op een mail die we daarover schreven, is verder niet gereageerd. Een gemiste kans. Sowieso was het ontbijt zeer karig. Wij verbleven er vier nachten, maar elke dag was het ontbijt precies hetzelfde: stokbrood, croissant, 2 soorten jam, wat voorverpakte kaasjes en wat yoghurt met muesli. Prijs kwaliteit stond ons inziens niet in verhouding hier. Dit kan echt beter. Afdronk: leuk voor een keer, maar niet meer.
