The room was… I stayed at a resort in a third world country that was nicer than the room we stayed in.
No dresser, the outlets didn’t work, you couldn’t turn around in the bathroom if you wanted to it was so small.

It was a great stay. The rooms could use some renos. Paint patches on the wall, no table in the room. It was clean overall but some things were over looked. The beds are not that comfortable but over all the kids had fun in the pool area and we enjoyed our stay. Staff was top notch!

Dirty room, stained bedding, dirty jacuzzi tub, coffee pot was moldy with the last renters moldy coffee bag still in the coffee maker in our room, the pool is just for the water slide not for swimming if not using the water side it’s safer to not be in the pool as someone could get seriously hurt, half the pool only accounts for a foot of water, breakfast was cold missing equipment to be able to eat it and all the tables were disgustingly dirty with nothing to clean them. Awful stay! 10/10 don’t recommend!!

One of the Worst hotel, there elevators are not working as there was no proper maintenance. There was no cleaning in the rooms, no one is taking the garbage out, they don’t provide any amenities at all.
One of the Poor management and I don’t know why there manager is not looking into this.

"Our two-day stay was quite pleasant. We enjoy a little getaway every February, and this one didn’t disappoint. The hotel had a slightly dated feel, especially with its color scheme, but it was clean and well-maintained. Our room featured a hot tub, which unfortunately didn’t work, and we noticed a couple of pieces of furniture were missing. However, the manager took excellent care of us, making sure we were comfortable. The bed was really comfy, which made for a relaxing stay overall."
